Аннотация: The acceptance of the quality of the FST&TCS conferences by the international Computer Science research community is a source of much satisfaction to its organizers. This year, we received 129 submissions from authors from 21 countries. Wealso recieved tremendous support from the reviewers. The overall quality of the submissions was such that we had to turn away some papers which received good reviews, and would have been accepted at FST&TCS Conferences in the recent past. In all, 30 papers were accepted, of which 4 are in the short presentation category. The success of this Conference has been largely due to the personal efforts of the members, past and present, of the Conference Advisory Committee and the Tehnical Programme Committee. The burden of finding secretarial support, as well as financial support, every year has fallen on a few located in the city where the Conference was held. A move to finding long term solutions to these problems is in progress, and, we hope, will be known in time for the organization of the next conference.
