Аннотация: Nanomaterials - substances smaller than 100 nanometers in size - have been added in recent years to an increasing numbers of consumer products used in day-to-day life; in food packaging, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, odor-resistant textiles and household appliances. The extensive application of nanomaterials in a wide range of products for human use poses a potential for toxicity risk to human health and the environment. Such adverse effects of nanomaterials on human health have triggered the development of a new scientific discipline known as “nanotoxicity” – the study of the toxicity of nanomaterials. Наноматериалы - вещества размером менее 100 нанометров - добавляются в последние годы во все большее число потребляемых продуктов, используемых в жизни изо дня в день , в упаковки продуктов питания, медицинское оборудование, в продукты фармацевтики, косметики, запахи, текстильные изделия и бытовую технику. Такое применение наноматериалов в широком спектре продуктов несет в себе потенциальную опасность для здоровья человека и окружающей среды.Неблагоприятные воздействия наноматериалов на здоровье человека вызвали развитие новой научной дисциплины, известной как "nanotoxicity" - изучение токсичности наноматериалов. Основные научные направления: биомаркеры для оценки nanotoxicity; nanotoxicity оценки гена в естественных условиях и в пробирке, моделей для тестирования ; nanotoxicity механизмы фармакокинетических наноматериалов; nanotoxicity продуктов, включая продукты питания, пищевые упаковки ; nanotoxicity наркотиков; nanotoxicity косметики и потребительских товаров ;nanotoxicity оценки безопасности наноматериалов, регулирующего воздействия наноматериалов .

Аннотация: In this work, selected medicinal and spice plants that are only little or not cultivated at all and that are partly fallen into oblivion in Germany are approached and discussed with regard to their suitability for cultivation. They are old domesticated plants that provide base materials for the production of vegetable medicinal drugs and cosmetics as well as for spices and flavourings for the food sector.
