Аннотация: During the drying process of various samples, such as serum or bacterial suspensions, the water content of the materials was measured by employing the spring balance suspending the container. The druing curve, in which the rate of drying was potted against the water content, showed the difference in drying process between the drying from the frozen state and from the liquid state. Some other results are also briefly described
