Аннотация: Over the last few decades, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is popular as an analytical, major diagnosing tool in the name of MRI in the health care industry. However, with regards to research work regarding phase transition, quantum rotational tunneling, molecular dynamics and structure, solid-state NMR is still hot topic. Though commercial high-resolution NMR spectrometers are popular, they are still very expensive to procure and especially to maintain. However, low-resolution NMR spectrometers (few MHz range) are more appropriate to explore slow molecular motions in solids and liquid crystals. Thus, for those interested in time domain (relaxation time) experiments, it is appropriate to develop/build their own SSNMR spectrometers. This book describes with great details about the assembling and development of wide line and pulsed NMR spectrometers (with temperature variation assembly). This book also strongly focuses on 1H/19F NMR investigations (wide temperature range 400-4.2 K) on technologically important ammonium and methyl-substituted ammonium metal halides like super-ionic compounds. The fundamental and advanced instrumentation details provided in this book help the reader to build, use, and troubleshooting their NMR spectrometers. Basic concepts of NMR and analysis methodology of NMR results are explained in detail.
