Аннотация: In this study, problems of growing and plant protection with regard to triticale are approached and discussed. The main part of this work deals with the parameters influencing the plant protection and its problems. Initially the abiotic influence factors such as pH-value of the soil, winter hardness, exceptional weather factors, stability and danger of outgrowth and herbicide susceptibility are described and possible solutions for risk reduction are demonstrated.

Аннотация: In this work, selected medicinal and spice plants that are only little or not cultivated at all and that are partly fallen into oblivion in Germany are approached and discussed with regard to their suitability for cultivation. They are old domesticated plants that provide base materials for the production of vegetable medicinal drugs and cosmetics as well as for spices and flavourings for the food sector.
