Аннотация: Some preliminary results are provided towards the study of the violation of genomic super-symmetry; that latter is the so called Second Chargaff's rule. The rule stipulates that oligonucleotides that could be read equally in opposite directions with respect to the symbol change according to the complimentary law (complimentary palindromes) should exhibit pretty close frequency. We have checked the genomes of organisms of various taxa ranging from viruses via bacteria, yeasts, animals, plants, etc.; more than 1500 genetic sequences had been studied, totally. The measure for the second rule violation was calculated for a single strand. Both intragenomic, and intergenomic studies have been carried out. It was found that intragenomic variability decays, as the length of string grows up. The intergenomic variability is comparable to the intragenomic one, for considerably short strings.

[Текст] : статья / Анна Владимировна Андрианова, Олег Эдуардович Якубайлик // Вычислительные технологии. - 2018. - Т. 23, № 4. - С. 5-14, DOI 10.25743/ICT.2018.23.16487 . - ISSN 1560-7534
Перевод заглавия: Geographic information database for the analysis of spatial distribution of the Baikal endemic amphipods in Yenisei river
The purpose. The purpose of the work is the theoretical and practical studies of the possibilities for using the geoinformation web-system modern technologies for improving the efficiency of hydrobiological monitoring, and design of software tools of data presentation and analysis for field research. Methods. The technologies for development of distributed information systems in multi-tier architecture, along with software interfaces and protocols, information exchange standards are considered. The possibilities for using of geoinformation and cartographic modelling methods for searching the relationship between the spatial distributions of Baikal amphipods in the Yenisei river with different environmental factors are investigated. Results. The technologies and related software are developed for the considered problem. The geospatial database is generated and filled with the results of own longterm hydrobiological field studies, it has become an integral part of the geoportal of ICM SB RAS, which was formed by the separate thematic section. The focus is on the results of extensive field studies of the Yenisei implemented in 2015 and 2016. As to database content, the information about the quantitative distribution of zoobenthos (animals inhabiting the ponds bottom), in particular endemic Baikal amphipods, in the area from Yenisei river headwaters to its delta was used. It was revealed that the amphipods - the endemics of the Baikal lake - spread far beyond its limits not only downward, but also upstream the Yenisei river. After the commissioning of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station, their share in the total zoobenthos biomass is increased by 10 times. Gmelinoides fasciatus crustacean is especially active; it has massively populated the area of the Upper Yenisei river below the Sayano-Shushensky reservoir. The density and the fraction of crustaceans in the zoobenthos in the area of the Angara - Podkamennaya Tunguska has increased over the last 15 years. Conclusions. Creation of a geospatial database alongside with the results of expeditionary research and the introduction of a GIS web-system for information-analytical support of hydrobiological monitoring significantly expands opportunities for the analysis and presentation of geodata, forms the basis for interdisciplinary research.

Аннотация: Monitoring of animals in the wild using camera traps is one of the promising ways for monitoring animal behaviour and estimation of dynamic of changes in natural systems over the large areas. The installation of camera traps in a predefined place such as animal shelters, trails, watering places provides unique information that is not available by applying other monitoring methods. Present, a lot of methods and algorithms have been developed that allow us to recognize the natural images taking into account the variability of shooting conditions, illumination, location and posture of the animal, as well as a complex textural background, representing various states of the forest, steppe, mountain and tundra landscapes. This paper presents the results of analysis and systematization of monitoring data from images obtained on the protected natural territories in the Krasnoyarsk region. The authors propose the special structure of a centralized data warehouse for an intelligent ecosystem monitoring system. The structure of the data warehouse combines historical, operational and reference data. The content of structural elements of the data warehouse is described in detail. The developed data warehouse combines monitoring data from different sources and makes up a united informational resource for further data processing and solving analytical tasks of environmental monitoring. © 42nd International Convention on Information and Communication Technology, Electronics and Microelectronics, MIPRO 2019 - Proceedings.     Kinetics of formation of reactive oxygen species by blood cells when exposed to ultra-low doses of ionizing radiation
/ A. S. Fedotova [et al.] // IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science : Institute of Physics Publishing, 2019. - Vol. 315: International Scientific Conference on Agribusiness, Environmental Engineering and Biotechnologies, AGRITECH 2019 (20 June 2019 through 22 June 2019, ) Conference code: 152072, Is. 4. - Ст. 042017, DOI 10.1088/1755-1315/315/4/042017 . -
Аннотация: The article contains the results of hematological, immunological and chemiluminescent analysis of the functional activity of peripheral blood cells of five-year-old lactating cows from the central regions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (Siberia, Russia) with different radiation status, at which the radiation doses of animals were 0.02, 0.17 and 0.21 mSv per year. It was established that small doses of radiation at 0.17 mSv per year and 0.21 mSv per year affect hematological parameters, increase the phagocytic activity of blood leukocytes and change the kinetics of the formation of active oxygen forms by blood cells, which is manifested as an increase in the time of formation of the maximum kinetics of spontaneous and activated secondary radicals, reduction of the total production of secondary radicals in the antigenic activation of blood cells in vitro and an increase in the volume of spontaneously produced primary radicals. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd.     Characteristics of the zoobenthos communities in the mountain rivers of the yenisei basin
/ A. Andrianova // International Multidisciplinary Scientific GeoConference Surveying Geology and Mining Ecology Management, SGEM : International Multidisciplinary Scientific Geoconference, 2019. - Vol. 19: 19th International Multidisciplinary Scientific Geoconference, SGEM 2019 (30 June 2019 through 6 July 2019, ) Conference code: 150487, Is. 3.1. - P81-88, DOI 10.5593/sgem2019/3.1/S12.011 . -
Аннотация: In 2015, zoobenthos communities in the river Yenisei (upper and middle course) and in its tributaries (rivers Abakan, Mana, Kan, Agul, Kungus) was studied. All watercourses are mountain rivers, in the bottom fauna of which lithoreophilic organisms predominate, populating stony soils in a large current, at low water temperatures and favorable oxygen conditions. In zoobenthos, 231 species of macroinvertebrates were found, widely distributed in the Palaearctic and Holarctic regions. Dominant complexes were characterized by variability with the distance from river sources. In the river Yenisei benthos species composition expanded from the upstream (48 species) to the lower reaches (69 species). In the upper reaches of the Yenisei (area 1 - from the Kyzyl city to the city of Shagonar) the core of the benthic communities was represented by mayflies, caddis flies and chironomids. Downstream (area 2 - from the dam of the Mainskaya hydro power station to the Abakan city) the determining factor for the formation of the zoobenthos structure was the abundance of phytocenoses, where the Baikalian amphipods Gmelinoides fasciatus dominated. In the zoobenthos of the Middle Yenisei (area 3 - from the dam of the Krasnoyarsk Hydroelectric Power Station to the mouth of the Angara River), the chironomids took the leading positions. The quantitative distribution of the bottom fauna in the Yenisei was characterized by low values in the upper reaches (612 ind./m2and 4.2 g/m2) and high values in area 2 (5.5 thousand ind./m2and 19.5 g/m2). In the middle course of the Yenisei in area 3, the density of benthic communities (2.8 thousand ind./m2and 10.5 g/m2) is quite consistent with our earlier studies in the beginning of 2000s - 3.5 thousand ind./m2and 10.8 g/m2. In the tributaries of the Yenisei, the benthos species composition is more diverse than in the Yenisei; maximum values were in the rivers Mana and Kan (110 and 103 species, respectively). Bottom communities are represented predominantly by chironomids and mayflies, in the river Kan caddis flies complemented the quantity. The quantitative distribution of the bottom fauna in the tributaries of the Yenisei was heterogeneous. The smallest abundance (577 ind./m2) was recorded in the river Abakan, that belongs to the basin of the Upper Yenisei. The maximum abundance (2.8 thousand ind./m2) was found in the river Mana flowing into the Yenisei above Krasnoyarsk (basin of the Middle Yenisei). In the Kan River, which flows into the Yenisei below Krasnoyarsk, the abundance of benthos is comparable to its tributaries Agul and Kungus (1.2-1.9 thousand ind./m2). The distribution of biomass in the studied water streams depended on the taxonomic structure of benthic communities. The maximum values (10.1 and 12.3 g/m2) were found in the rivers of the Middle Yenisei - Man and Kan, and are associated with the dominance of caddis flies. In the rivers Abakan, Agul and Kungus biomass on average did not exceed 8 g/m2, while the contribution of stoneflies is higher than in other rivers. © SGEM2019.

Аннотация: Siberian silkworm is one of the main pests of coniferous forests. In 2014, there was an outbreak of its number in the Yeniseisk district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The forest of the left bank of the Yenisei River, unlike the right bank, suffers more from its impact. The purpose of the work is to analyze the heterogeneous forest damage by the silkworm on both banks of the Yenisei River according to meteorological data from 2009 to 2018. The results showed that the left bank is warmer than the right bank by an average of 1-1.5 ° C during the period under consideration. Also recorded a significant decrease in rainfall in 2012.
