Аннотация: Paper deals with results of monitoring of the quantitative and functional characteristics of the peripheral blood cells of different fish species of the middle section of the Krasnoyarsk reservoir over the years 2000-2009. Seasonal dynamics of the oxygen metabolism of the blood cells of different fishes was characterized by similar changes of the non-specific resistance in the spawning and post-spawning period under different level of the water filling of the reservoir. Аннотация: Surface of detonation nanodiamonds was functionalized for the covalent attachment of immunoglobulin, and simultaneously bovine serum albumin and Rabbit Anti-Mouse Antibody. The nanodiamond-IgG(I125) and RAM-nanodiamond-BSA(I125) complexes are stable in blood serum and the immobilized proteins retain their biological activity. It was shown that the RAM-nanodiamond-BSA(I125) complex is able to bind to the target antigen immobilized on the Sepharose 6B matrix through antibody-antigen interaction. The idea can be extended to use nanodiamonds as carriers for delivery of bioactive substances (i.e., drugs) to various targets in vivo.

Аннотация: The age-specific dynamics of functional activity of fish blood cells, estimated by kinetics of ROS generation by antigene-activated immunocompetent cells in system of whole blood at all surveyed kinds of the fishes is characterized. The intensity and volume of ROS generation of blood cells are changing with increase in age and the maximum of reaction is displaced to more later time, that probably testifies about decreasing of activity of pro- and antioxydant enzymes of cells and factors of a cellular environment. The first 3 years of a life at the perch, 6 years at the roach and 8 years at the bream are characterized increase in activity of production ROS, thus distribution of volume of production ROS directly connected with phagocytosis, is specific to each kind and changes in process of aging of individuals.

Аннотация: Aim. To study blood dielectric properties of patients with unstable angina (UA) for the development of novel additional diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial ischemia. Material and methods. Totally, 61 patient studied with non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTEACS), of those 40 patients having on ECG the changes of ischemic type, 21 patient with ACS without ECG changes. In all patients troponin T was negative in single measurement. Comparison group consisted of the stable angina patients II FC (n=13). Controls consisted of 30 healthy donors of blood transfusion center; to 59% patients with preliminary diagnosis NSTEACS (n=61) diagnostic coronary angiography was don (CAG). To all patients we performed study of dielectric properties of the blood by the Fourier-spectroscopy method. Results. Dielectric properties of the blood in NSTEACE/UA, during the first hours of pain onset significantly differ from those in stable angina and controls. In 26% of patients dielectric properties of the blood get back later than positive changes of ECG occur (ST return to isoline). Conclusion. Diagnostic test for acute myocardial ischemia, together with ECGdiagnostics and clinical picture makes it possible, in short time, to perform expressdiagnostics of myocardial ischemia when NSTEACS/UA is suspected, especially in comorbidity patients having the same ST depression on ECG, caused by LV hypertrophy. © 2015, Silicea-Poligraf. Аннотация: We studied the model of cerebral angiogenesis in vitro using lactate-releasing gelatin bioscaffolds and primary culture of brain endothelial cells. We found that development of microvessels from actively proliferating rat brain microvessels endothelial cells was greatly modified by the presence of lactate at the surface of the scaffold with different lactate-releasing ability. Fractal dimension of newly-established vessel loops allows precise characterizing the local microenvironment supporting cell growth on various types of gelatin scaffolds. © Springer International Publishing AG 2017.

Аннотация: Исследование влияния многократных антигенных стимуляций живыми вирусвакцинами на способность клеток цельной крови кур генерировать активные формы кислорода (АФК) методом люминол- и люцигенинзависимой хемилюминесценции выявило закономерное изменение кинетики респираторного взрыва и снижение индекса активации продукции первичных (O2-) и вторичных (H2O2, OH-, HClO-) АФК в ответ на антигенную стимуляцию in vitro, что свидетельствует о снижении неспецифической резистентности организма на фоне формирующегося специфического иммунитета.
The research of influence of the repeating antigenic stimulations of the hens by alive virus-vaccine on ability of whole blood cells of hens to generate active forms of oxygen (ROS) by method of luminol- and lucigenin depending chemiluminescence has revealed natural change of the kinetics of the respiratory explosion and decrease in an index of activation of production primary (O2-) and secondary (H2O2, OH-, HClO-) ROS in reply to antigenic stimulation in vitro with increase in number of immunizations. That testifies about decreasing in nonspecific resistance of an organism on a background of just forming specific immunity.

Аннотация: The article contains the results of hematological, immunological and chemiluminescent analysis of the functional activity of peripheral blood cells of five-year-old lactating cows from the central regions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (Siberia, Russia) with different radiation status, at which the radiation doses of animals were 0.02, 0.17 and 0.21 mSv per year. It was established that small doses of radiation at 0.17 mSv per year and 0.21 mSv per year affect hematological parameters, increase the phagocytic activity of blood leukocytes and change the kinetics of the formation of active oxygen forms by blood cells, which is manifested as an increase in the time of formation of the maximum kinetics of spontaneous and activated secondary radicals, reduction of the total production of secondary radicals in the antigenic activation of blood cells in vitro and an increase in the volume of spontaneously produced primary radicals. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. Аннотация: The work is devoted to measuring the impact of low doses of ionizing radiation on the kinetics of reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation in sheep peripheral blood. In the evaluation of the OAF production intensity level by the peripheral blood cells in the animals existing on the territories with different radiation tense by chemiluminescent method, it was established that having increased dose tense from 0,91 till 1.55 mGy/year, the amplitude of maximum intensity credibly increased, as well as the total amount of spontaneous and antigen activated primary lucigenin dependent ROS production and antigen activated secondary luminol dependent ROS with time decrease for the maximum achievement of the respiratory explosion. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
