    Особенности переходных процессов в динамических системах

Аннотация: The paper gives the systematic analysis of singularities of transition processes in general dynamical systems. Dynamical systems depending on parameter are studied. A system of relaxation times is constructed. Each relaxation time depends on three variables: initial conditions, parameters k of the system and accuracy ? of relaxation. This system of times contains: the time before the first entering of the motion into ?-neighbourhood of the limit set, the time of final entering in this neighbourhood and the time of stay of the motion outside the ?-neighbourhood of the limit set. The singularities of relaxation times as functions of (x0; k) under fixed ? are studied. A classification of different bifurcations (explosions) of limit sets is performed. The bifurcations fall into those with appearance of new limit points and bifurcations with appearance of new limit sets at finite distance from the existing ones. The relations between the singularities of relaxation times and bifurcations of limit sets are studied. The peculiarities of dynamics which entail singularities of transition processes without bifurcations are described as well. The peculiarities of transition processes under perturbations are studied. It is shown that the perturbations simplify the situation: the interrelations between the singularities of relaxation times and other peculiarities of dynamics for general dynamical system under small perturbations are the same as for smooth two-dimensional structural stable systems.

Аннотация: In the paper, the Goursat problem-classification of nonlinear hyperbolic differential equations possessing two characteristic invariants-is considered. An algorithm for finding the characteristic invariants is described. On the basis of the algorithm implemented in REDUCE, the characteristic invariants of two Laine's equations are verified. One of them is shown to have invariants of the second and third orders. This equation shows that the Goursat problem, apparently, is still open. Computer calculations show that the characteristic invariants of the second Laine's equation given in his paper are incorrect.

    Classification of Symbol Sequences over Their Frequency Dictionaries: Towards the Connection between Structure and Natural Taxonomy

Аннотация: The classifications of bacterial 16S RNA sequences developed over the real and transformed frequency dictionaries have been studied. Two sequences are considered to be close, when their frequency dictionaries are close in Euclidean metrics. A procedure to transform a dictionary is proposed that makes clear some features of the information pattern of a symbol sequence. A comparative study of classifications developed over real frequency dictionaries vs. the transformed ones has been carried out. A correlation between information patterns of nucleotide sequences and taxonomy of the bearer of the sequence was found. The sites with high information value are found to be the main factors of the difference between the classes in a classification. The classification of nucleotide sequences developed over real frequency dictionaries of thickness 3 reveals the best correlation to a gender of bacteria. A set of sequences of the same gender is included entirely into one class, as a rule, and exclusions occur rarely. A hierarchical classification yields one or two taxonomy groups on each level of classification. An unexpectedly often, or unexpectedly rare occurrence of some sites within a sequence makes a basic difference between the structure patterns of the classes yielded; a number of those sites is not to large. Further investigations are necessary in order to campare the sites revealed with those determined due to other methodology.

Аннотация: The differential equations describing convection in binary mixture with Soret and Dufour effects are considered. The symmetry classification of these equations with respect to the constant parameters is made. It is shown that a generator producing equivalence transformations of constants is defined accurately up to a factor arbitrarily depending on these constants. The equivalence group admitted by the governing equations is calculated. Using this group, a transformation connecting the systems with and without Soret and Dufour terms is derived. In pure Soret case, it reduces to a linear change of temperature and concentration. The presence of Dufour effect requires an additional change of thermal diffusivity and diffusion coefficient. A scheme for reducing an initial and boundary value problem for Soret–Dufour equations to a problem for the system without these effects is proposed.

    The numerical modelling of long wave propagation in the framework of non-linear dispersion models

Аннотация: The work is devoted to the questions of numerical modelling of long wave propagation, in particular tsunami waves, in the framework of non-linear dispersion models of the Boussinesq and Korteweg-de Vries type. The first part of the work includes a classification of some known mathematical models, in terms of dispersion correlation, phase and group velocities. Problems arising on the construction of finite-difference approximations of non-linear dispersion models are discussed in the second part of the work, special attention is given to the questions of constructing discrete boundary conditions. In the conclusion the results obtained in the course of numerical experiments and estimation of specifics of finite-difference models, and the contribution of non-linear dispersion effects in the process of wave propagation in the coastal zone, are discussed. The results of calculations of tsunami wave propagation in a wave tube with real bathymetry, are given. В© 1987.

    Symmetries of Euler equations in Lagrangian coordinates

Аннотация: The transition from Eulerian to Lagrangian coordinates is a nonlocal transformation. In general, isomorphism should not take place between basic Lie groups of studied equations. Besides, in the case of plane and rotational symmetric motion hydrodynamic equations in Lagrangian coordinates are partially integrated. This fact introduces arbitrary functions, initial data, to the resulting systems and makes cuurently central the problem of group classification. It is stated that under a transition to Lagrangian coordinates, the main group becomes infinite-dimensional as well in space coordinates. The exclusive values of arbitrary functions of Lagrange coordinates (vorticity, momentum), at which the further group widening takes place, are found in [1]. Аннотация: Deep insight into types of vegetation variability provided by AVHRR space scanner images of vegetation index spatial distribution helps reveal impact of land surface changes on environment. The Institute of Computational Modeling SB RAS has developed nonparametric algorithms of automatic to classify and recognize patterns of these images which helped to reveal: (1) major variability types (generally connected); (2) areas belonging to small classes, which can be used to reveal deviations from 'normal' (e.g., forest fires, etc.); (3) deviation from a certain type of dynamics indicative of changes in condition of plants, which can be used to diagnose pathology at early stages; (4) impact of economical activities on vegetation in Norilsk area. The authors provide biological interpretation of the satellite data. Computer-animated dynamics and color maps are presented. Nonparametric algorithms of an automatic classification and pattern recognition were provided by the Institute of Computational Modeling SB RAS. (C) 2000 COSPAR. Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.

Аннотация: In this work historical investigations and modern results of classification of the Krasnoyarsk Reservoir are presented. The paper presents results of studying the dynamics of phytopigments and other optically active components, using multispectral satellite data. Several approaches to interpreting satellite data for optically complex inland water bodies are offered. Based on results of historical investigations it is shown that the spatial distribution of phytoplankton in the reservoir stems back to the time of its formation. Color index in the red spectral region (CIR) is introduced. A relationship between the color index and chlorophyll concentration is investigated. The CIR, derived from the AVHRR data, has been found to be related to chlorophyll concentration. Based on MODIS data, the waters of the Krasnoyarsk Reservoir have been classified in accordance with their optical spectral variability, using the technique of unsupervised Iso-Data classification. An empirical relationship between multispectral MODIS data and the ground-truth measurements of chlorophyll concentration has been found. (C) 2008 COSPAR. Published by Elsevier Ltd. Аннотация: This article presents a technique of standardising and coding textual birthplace and occupation strings in the censuses of England and Wales and Scotland, 1851-1911. While the approaches for the two text strings are different, they are both based upon the integration of computer technologies, mathematical methods, and expert knowledge. Both processes are described formally using Structured Analysis and Design Technique methodology. The classification of occupations is defined by two algorithms based on statistical decision theory in order to allocate codes from the original occupation strings. The method of standardising parishes is based on the comparison of original birthplace strings and reference data. © 2015 Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.

Аннотация: Three-dimensional equations describing heat and mass transfer in fluid mixtures with variable transport coefficients are studied. Using Lie group theory the forms of unknown thermal diffusivity, diffusion and thermal diffusion coefficients are found. The symmetries of the governing equations are calculated. It is shown that cases of Lie symmetry extension arise when arbitrary elements have the power-law, logarithmic and exponential dependencies on temperature and concentration. An exact solution is constructed for the case of linear dependence of diffusion and thermodiffusion coefficients on temperature. The solution demonstrates differences in concentration distribution in comparison with the same distribution under constant transport coefficients in the governing equations. © 2014 Elsevier B.V.

    Stability of exact solutions describing two-layer flows with evaporation at the interface

Аннотация: A new exact solution of the equations of free convection has been constructed in the framework of the Oberbeck-Boussinesq approximation of the Navier-Stokes equations. The solution describes the joint flow of an evaporating viscous heat-conducting liquid and gas-vapor mixture in a horizontal channel. In the gas phase the Dufour and Soret effects are taken into account. The consideration of the exact solution allows one to describe different classes of flows depending on the values of the problem parameters and boundary conditions for the vapor concentration. A classification of solutions and results of the solution analysis are presented. The effects of the external disturbing influences (of the liquid flow rates and longitudinal gradients of temperature on the channel walls) on the stability characteristics have been numerically studied for the system HFE7100-nitrogen in the common case, when the longitudinal temperature gradients on the boundaries of the channel are not equal. In the system both monotonic and oscillatory modes can be formed, which damp or grow depending on the values of the initial perturbations, flow rates and temperature gradients. Hydrodynamic perturbations are most dangerous under large gas flow rates. The increasing oscillatory perturbations are developed due to the thermocapillary effect under large longitudinal gradients of temperature.     Analysis of the characteristic perturbations spectrum of the exact invariant solution of the microconvection equations

Аннотация: The properties of an exact invariant solution of the equations of microconvection of isothermally incompressible liquids have been investigated. The solution describes a stationary fluid flow in a vertical channel. The temperature or heat flux can be given at the solid boundaries of the channel. A classification of the solutions and their physical interpretation are suggested. In accordance with the classification the solutions describe different types of flows. The solution of the stability problem of all classes of flows in the vertical channel with the given temperature on the walls is presented. The structure of the spectrum of small non-stationary spatial perturbations for the model medium (silicon dioxide melt) has been studied, depending on the configuration of the perturbation wave, thickness channel, thermal and gravitational effects. The formation regularities of different types of the thermal and hydrodynamic disturbances have been determined. The interaction of the thermal and hydrodynamic perturbations leads to the formation of various convective structures. Typical patterns of the velocity and temperature perturbations and relations of critical characteristics of the instability are presented, depending on the problem parameters. The most dangerous mechanisms change from hydrodynamic to thermal ones with the variation of the viscous and thermal liquid properties. © 2017 Elsevier Ltd

Аннотация: Some preliminary results are provided towards the study of the violation of genomic super-symmetry; that latter is the so called Second Chargaff's rule. The rule stipulates that oligonucleotides that could be read equally in opposite directions with respect to the symbol change according to the complimentary law (complimentary palindromes) should exhibit pretty close frequency. We have checked the genomes of organisms of various taxa ranging from viruses via bacteria, yeasts, animals, plants, etc.; more than 1500 genetic sequences had been studied, totally. The measure for the second rule violation was calculated for a single strand. Both intragenomic, and intergenomic studies have been carried out. It was found that intragenomic variability decays, as the length of string grows up. The intergenomic variability is comparable to the intragenomic one, for considerably short strings.

Аннотация: С позиций принципов декомпозиции обучающей выборки и коллективного оценивания предлагается методика синтеза многоуровневых непараметрических систем распознавания образов для многоальтернативной задачи классификации. Их применение обеспечивает высокую вычислительную эффективность обработки информации большой размерности.
From positions of the principles of training selection decomposition and collective estimation the synthesis technique of multilevel nonparametric systems of pattern recognition for the multialternate classification problem is offered. Their application provides high computing performance of information processing of big dimension.
