Аннотация: In the studied water bodies of the northeast of the Western Siberia, Bacillariophyta dominates the flora of planktonic organisms by species abundance. Among them, class Pennatophyceae is distinguished by the highest species richness. The first electron microscopic studies of pennate diatom algae allowed obtaining complete data on the species composition of Pennatophyceae at the modern level. Discovered were 213 taxa from 53 genera, including 98 new to the region, 56 new and rare to the flora of Russia, and forms identified only to the genus. The taxonomy of the genera Nitzchia, Stauroneis, Pinnularia, and Navicula s.s. is the richest.

Аннотация: Comparative analysis of the functional characteristics of phytoplankton of the Baikal and Khanka lakes, and also of the reservoirs of the Volga and Yenisey rivers, differing in their energetic and mineral resources has shown that their algae cenoses differ in the dimensional composition of dominant species. It has been found that the development of phytoplankton depends on the content of nutrients, its photosynthesizing activity - on the content of nutrients and light regime, whereas the intensity and relationship between the processes of production and decomposition - on hydrological conditions and morphometric peculiarities of water bodies. Аннотация: The structure and production potential of phytoplankton were studied in two large lakes of Asia, including the Baikal and Khanka lakes differing in their hydrological conditions. It has been found that the studied algae flora is saturated. The environmental conditions in the lakes are rather favorable to the development of algae. The functional characteristics of phytoplankton depended mainly on the regime of illumination, dimensional composition of algae, intensity of their development, vegetation stage, and also on the peculiarities of dominant forms biology. Аннотация: In the phytoplankton of northeastern West Siberian water bodies, Bacillariophyta were a dominant group of the 7 most abundant algal divisions, with the occurrence of the members of the class Centrophyceae varying from 27 to 100%. Scanning electron microscopy revealed complete species composition of the class Centrophyceae that dominates the phytoplankton of Lake Delingde, the Delingde and Bol'shaya Kheta rivers (Aulacoseira, 3 species; Cyclostephanos, 1; Cyclotella, 5; Discostella, 1; Melosira, 1; Pliocaenicus, 1; Puncticulata, 1; Stephanodiscus, 6). The phytoplankton of the class Centrophyceae in the Taz River now has a new member, Puncticulata radiosa. New species of the genus Cyclotella in West Siberian algal flora were revealed: C. arctica, C. comensis, and C. vorticosa. The findings helped more precisely define the ranges of the rare taxa and add new diagnostic features to the diagnoses of C. comensis and Stephanodiscus invisitatus.

Аннотация: Mars has no global intrinsic magnetic field, and consequently the solar wind plasma interacts directly with the planetary ionosphere. The main factors of this interaction are: thermalization of plasma after the bow shock, ion pick-up process, and the magnetic barrier effect, which results in the magnetic field enhancement in the vicinity of the obstacle. Results of ideal magnetohydrodynamic and hybrid simulations are compared in the subsolar magnetosheath region. Good agreement between the models is obtained for the magnetic field and plasma parameters just after the shock front, and also for the magnetic field profiles in the magnetosheath. Both models predict similar positions of the proton stoppage boundary, which is known as the ion composition boundary. This comparison allows one to estimate applicability of magnetohydrodynamics for Mars, and also to check the consistency of the hybrid model with Rankine-Hugoniot conditions at the bow shock. An additional effect existing only in the hybrid model is a diffusive penetration of the magnetic field inside the ionosphere. Collisions between ions and neutrals are analyzed as a possible physical reason for the magnetic diffusion seen in the hybrid simulations.

Аннотация: The model of convection in a multicomponent fluid is considered taking into account the cross-diffusion and the Soret effect. It is shown that the cross-diffusion coefficients can be eliminated by a linear change of composition and the thermal diffusion coefficients. It allows a simple incorporation of cross-diffusion phenomena into the results obtained for the case of diagonal diffusion matrix. Аннотация: A total of 81 taxa of algae of the rank below the genus of five divisions have been recorded in phytoplankton of the Yenisei River in the area of the Gremyachii Log water-intake facilities. Diatoms dominate in the structure of algocenoses in abundance and biomass. The trophic status of the area, estimated according to the average biomass of phytoplankton 1.92 +/- 0.09 mg/L, corresponds to the mesotrophic state; the water quality corresponds to the third class: "satisfactory clean.".

Аннотация: A study is made of a standard pickup preventing coating made from white synthetic aluminium oxide powder and polyvinylbutyral varnish and used for moulds and cores. With 1.5-1.6% of ultradispersed powder in place of white synthetic aluminum oxide, a new coating has been developed having a sedimentation stability of 89 against 70 for the standard coating. Casting surfaces of steel 35L show the roughness of the new coating of 185-190 be absent pickup throughout the casted sample. Members of steels 110G13L and 45L were also put through tests.

Аннотация: To solve a problem of structure refinement of aluminum and deformable aluminum alloys in the cast workpieces, the method for producing the modifying compositions is elaborated by using the ultradispersed powders of titanium nitride and carbonitride with composition of 78.55Ti-21.45N and 76.1TiC-10.9N-7.0C mass.%. The pins are manufactured by composite pressing after smelting the powders with aluminum at 1380-1400В°C. The modifying master alloys are examined in semi-continuous casting A7 aluminum resulting the castings without hot cracks.

    Maximum entropy method in analysis of genetic text and measurement of its information content

Аннотация: The information capacity in frequency dictionaries of nucleotide sequences is estimated through the efficiency of reconstruction of a longer frequency dictionary from a short one. This reconstruction is performed by the maximum entropy method. Real nucleotide sequences are compared to random ones (with the same composition of nucleotides). Phages genes from NCBI bank were analyzed. The reliable difference of real genetic texts from random sequences is observed for the dictionary length q = 2, 5 and 6.

Аннотация: We study the effect of physical, chemical and biological processes on gas exchange of CO2 in the air-water system in Lake Baikal. Photosynthesis of aquatic biota is known to play a crucial role in changing the concentration of carbon dioxide in the water. Fluorescent methods are considered to be of high performance in problems of determining quantitative characteristics of biomass, however they require preliminary calibration directly for a specific type of plankton. In the pelagic zone of Lake Baikal the species composition, quantitative and spatial distribution of phytoplankton are characterized by strong spatial and temporal variability. Therefore, the fluorescent devices calibration on a single reference does not provide acceptable accuracy of quantitative assessment of the biomass. The results discussed in the paper were obtained by shipboard measurements during the Baikal campaign of 2010-2011. Correlation between the biomass in 25-meter water layer and the integral value of the fluorescent signal in this layer was obtained for calibration. The report discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the chosen methods and the results of retrieval of the vertical profiles of the biomass for stations in the pelagic zone of Lake Baikal in spring for the 2010-2011 biennium.

Аннотация: We present a comprehensive experimental study of isothermal Fickian diffusion in the ternary and binary liquid mixtures of water, ethanol, and triethylene glycol over the entire ternary composition space. 21 ternary mixtures inside the composition triangle have been investigated by means of the Taylor dispersion technique and 30 binary mixtures by Taylor dispersion and/or optical beam deflection in a Soret cell. The scalar binary diffusion coefficient has been determined along all three binary boundaries of the composition space and compared with estimations based on the Stokes-Einstein relation using stick or slip boundary conditions. The four elements of the ternary diffusion matrix and the diffusion eigenvalues were determined over a large portion of the composition triangle. The pseudo-binary diffusion coefficients obtained in Taylor dispersion experiments with either one of the two independent concentrations kept constant are comparable to the two diffusion eigenvalues. One of the two off-diagonal elements of the diffusion matrix is of the same order as the diagonal ones and, hence, not negligible, whereas the other one is approximately one order of magnitude smaller. Where available, our results compare well with literature data. The investigated compositions also comprise the five compositions that are scheduled for microgravity experiments in the ESA DCMIX3 project. This journal is © the Owner Societies 2015.

Аннотация: We studied the relations between the triplet frequency dictionaries of organelle genome, and the phylogeny of their bearers. The clusters in 63-dimensional space were identified through K-means, and the clade composition of those clusters has been investigated. Very high regularity in genomes distribution among the clusters was found, in terms of taxonomy. The strong synchrony in evolution of nuclear and organelle genomes manifests through this correlation: the proximity in frequency space was determined over the organelle genomes, while the proximity in taxonomy was determined morphologically. Similar effect is also found in the ensembles of other (say, yeast) genomes. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2015.

Аннотация: The paper discusses the changes hydro-optical parameters that characterize the qualitative composition of dissolved organic matter (DOM), during fractional filtering though large (4.5 mu m and 1.76 mu m) and small (0.9 mu m) filters. A loess reservoir lake Khanka containing great amount of suspended inorganic matter were selected as the research object. In order to assess changes in the composition of the DOM the following parameters were selected: index of the degree exponent of absorption spectrum, the specific absorption coefficient, relative specific fluorescence yield and relative specific fluorescence,. The research has shown that not only the content of organic matter during adsorption on the surface of the suspension is changing during filtration, but also the composition.

Аннотация: Представлены доминирующие виды и группы, пространственное распределение и структурные показатели донных сообществ в малых горных водотоках, расположенных на территории природного парка “Ергаки” (юг Красноярского края). Выполнен сравнительный анализ биоиндикационных индексов и метрик, часть которых используется при определении качества воды Европейской Рамочной Водной Директивой. Установлено, что наиболее высокой чувствительностью обладают индексы <i>EPT, BMWP, IBGN</i>, что позволяет рекомендовать их как стандартные при оценке качества вод малых горных рек данного региона. Путем ранжирования полученных биотических индексов и метрик относительно фоновых значений определены градации качества вод и введен интегральный показатель.
The species composition, spatial distribution and structure coefficients of benthic communities in small mountain streams on the territory of the Ergaki nature park (the south of the Krasnoyarsk Krai) were characterized. The comparative analysis of biotic indices and metrics, some of which are used by the European Water Framework Directive to evaluate water quality, was carried out. It was determined that the <i>EPT</i>, <i>BMWP</i> and <i>IBGN</i> indices had greater sensitivity, therefore they could be recommended as the standard in the evaluation of water quality of small mountain streams of that region. The gradation of water quality was determined and the integrated index was introduced after the ranking of obtained biotic indices and metrics in comparison to the background value.

We propose a new approach to composition of mathematical models of biological systems, based on their reduction. This approach has been tested on the example of two apoptosis models describing pro- and anti-apoptotic (activation of NF-?B) pathways of CD95.

Матери алы и методы. В качестве модели опухоли была использована асцитная карцинома Эрлиха. Теоретически и экспериментально исследованы структуры магнитного поля пермаллоевых и кобальтовых дисков Au-Fe(20)Ni(80)-Au и Au-Co-Au. Результаты. Выполнены оценки механического воздействия нанодисков на клеточную мембрану в переменном магнитном поле. Определены оптимальные состав, геометрия и структура остаточной намагниченности нанодисков. Экспериментально in vitro и in vivo для асцитной карциномы Эрлиха показана возможность использования функционализированных ДНК-аптамерами трехслойных Au-Ni-Au нанодисков с дипольной структурой остаточной намагниченности для адресного разрушения клеток-мишеней. 3аключе-ие. На основании теоретических расчетов и экспериментальных данных сделано заключение о том, что нанодиски Au-Ni-Au, обладающие магнитными свойствами, могут быть использованы для разработки новых методов и препаратов для малоинвазивной клеточной нанохирургии, которая позволяет адресно и дозировано уничтожать только клетки опухоли, в том числе, и метастазы.
The aim of the research. Determination of the prospects of application the functionalized by DNA-aptamers magnetic nickel nanodiscs with gold coating for targeted cell cancer surgery. Materials and methods. As tumor model was used Ehrlich ascites carcinoma. Theoretically and experimentally were investigated the structures of the magnetic field of permalloy and cobalt disks Au-Fe (20) Ni (80) -Au and Au-Co-Au. Results. It were executed the estimation of the mechanical impact of nanodiscs to the cell membrane in an alternating magnetic field. It was determined the optimum composition, geometry and structure of the residual magnetization of nanodiscs. Experimentally in vitro and in vivo for Ehrlich ascites carcinoma was showed the use of functionalized DNA-aptamers three layer Au-Ni-Au nanodisks with dipole structure of the residual magnetization for address destruction of the target cells. Conclusion. On the basis of theoretical calculations and experimental data, it was concluded that nanodiscs Au-Ni-Au, with magnetic properties, can be used to develop new methods and products for minimally invasive cellular nanosurgery that allows targeted and dosed destroy only tumor cells, including metastasis.

Аннотация: The distribution of chloroplast genomes in 63-dimensional space of triplet frequencies was studied, in connection to the taxonomy correlation to the clusters observed in the distribution. That latter was developed through K-means implementation, for the number of classes varying from 2 to 8. The clade composition of those clusters has been analyzed. Unexpectedly high regularity in clades occupation of different clusters has been found thus proving very high synchrony in evolution of two physically independent genetic entities (chloroplasts vs. nuclear genomes): the proximity in frequency space was determined over the organelle genomes, while the proximity in taxonomy was determined morphologically.
