    The inverse problem of estimating the parameters of an admixture source in the atmospheric boundary layer

Аннотация: The recovery problem of the power and effective height of an admixture source using the measurement data of the near-earth-surface concentration is considered on the basis of semi-empirical equation solution of turbulent diffusion. A technique is suggested for solution of the inverse problem and numerical construction of the optimal observations plan. There is passed an evaluation test of the suggested models of observations planning and source parameters estimation by using the data of field investigations in the neighbourhood of steam electric power station in Dikkerson. The experimental and recovered source parameters are in satisfactory agreement.

Аннотация: Reserved territories seem to be the best reference sites of wildnature, where the long-term observations are carried out. Simulation model of spatially distributed processes of contamination of such reservation is developed, and the dynamics of some pollutants is studied. Аннотация: The functionality, architectural features, the user interface of the geoinformation web-system of environmental monitoring of Krasnoyarsk is discussed. This system is created in service-oriented architecture. Data collection from the automated stations to monitor the state of atmospheric air has been implemented. An original device to measure the level of contamination of the atmosphere by fine dust PM2.5 has developed. Assessment of the level of air pollution is based on the quality index AQI atmosphere.

Аннотация: The periods of unfavorable meteorological conditions (UMC) do not coincide with the periods of contamination of suspended particles PM10. There are cases when during the regime of the UMS is not happening the pollution of the atmosphere by aerosol particles. At UMC the pollution of suspended particles in different parts of the city differs as the concentration of the aerosol and the duration of the negative impact on people's health. © 2017 SPIE.
