Аннотация: A 2.5-D analytical electron Hall magnetohydrodynamic model of steady state magnetic reconnection in a collisionless compressible plasma with a constant electron temperature is developed. It is shown that as in the incompressible case, the solution of the Grad-Shafranov equation for the magnetic potential is a basis for the problem analysis. The formation of the double electric layers and layers of low-density plasma, mapping the magnetic separatrices, are investigated. It is found that the formation of depletion layers should not be governed by the out-of-plane magnetic field, but rather, the origin of these layers lies inside the electron diffusion region. The double electric layers are found to be thin separatrices-elongated sheets, whose cross sections are of the order of the electron diffusion region half width. These charged layers provide the presence of the strong electric field orthogonal to the in-plane projection of the magnetic field, which forces electrons to accelerate into the out-of-plane direction. Outside of the double electric layers, the condition of quasi-neutrality of the plasma is found to be fulfilled to high accuracy.

Аннотация: This paper is devoted to the comparative stude of redundancy of genetic texts of various organisms and viruses. To determine the tedundance of a gene, we have introduced the strict measure for that latter. The measure for a text's redundance is the length of restriction of Frequence/Correlation Dictionary of a given genetic text. Frequence/Correlation Dictionary is the ser of all subsequences belang to a given genetic text, accompanied by the frequencies of their occurrence. The restriction length is defined as that one, for which all the subsequences (of that length) are unique. We have found, that genes of human viruses are less redundant, in comparison to those of human genes. Other aspects of a comparative redundance invastigations of the genes are discussed. The problem of the determination of <> intron could be treated by this methodology, as well, as the evolution of genome.

Аннотация: Collective ion interactions are shown to considerably change the usual physical picture of bunching of the resonant particle velocities by the force of spontaneous light pressure. This manifests itself in the direct destruction of the process of bunching the ion velocities and the appearance of an overthermal structure in the spectrum of plasma noises. In this case, the spectral density of noises as a function of the phase velocity of plasma waves proves to be a mapping of the optical absorption spectrum and resolves the sub-Doppler structure of the optical resonance.

The main scope of the article is connected with the development of web applications for geospatial data processing. The advantages of service-oriented architecture and the principles of information system design in accordance with the SOA concept are discussed. The distinctive features of the architecture of modern web application systems, including Web GIS are considered. The final part of the article is devoted to the analysis of the functionality of the system components for geospatial data processing.

Аннотация: Рассматриваются результаты работ по проектированию и разработке программно-технологического обеспечения геопортала. Представлены его основные компоненты, приводятся подробности их реализации. Обсуждается веб-интерфейс каталог метаданных, логика построения приложений на основе веб-сервисов геопортала. Приводится перечень информационных систем, разработанных в рассматриваемой технологии.
Research on design and development of software and technological support for geo-portal of ICM SB RAS are discussed. Its main components and implementation details are presented. A number of problems are discussed in details, such as web-based metadata catalog, the logic of building applications based on web services geoportal. A list of implemented information systems, based on discussed technologies is presented. The authors were directly involved in the development and implementation of geoportal based projects. In developing the software many different software libraries and components were used. Web mapping user interface was created using a number of open source libraries. To create a server-side web application authors used GIS platforms MapGuide Open Source and Minnesota Mapserver. GeoWebCache was another essential component of distributed web mapping applications. By analyzing and summarizing the experience gained creating information systems, it should be noted that the use of geoportal-based solutions in this area, can dramatically improve the efficiency of software development and problems solving.

A brief description of the web 2.0 technologies main components is given, the use of which provides the current level of web mapping. Goals and objectives, the main purpose of the formed region's health management informational support system based on mapping web-interface are formulated. A general characteristic of the created software is given, some aspects of its implementation and program architecture are discussed. Аннотация: The work considers information and computing technologies supporting regional decisions making and based on geoinformation websystems and mapping web-services. The use of such systems for the information support of regional management is now becoming common. Long-term strategic forecasting and planning of territories development, solution of various institutional and sectoral problems today are often based on the use of integrated information and computing environment, complex information systems of regional management, which are based on geospatial (mapping) data. This paper discusses technologies and webservices used in the creation and implementation of regional geoinformation web-systems. Such systems provide access to huge arrays of geospatial information and services distributed in the Internet, remote data processing with high performance multi-user computers. Problems of choosing basic software such as geoinformation platform, advantages and disadvantages of existing solutions are discussed. The software structure and basic web-GIS components are analyzed. Examples of completed projects are given. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2016.

Аннотация: Results of long-term hydrobiological monitoring for the Yenisei river section from the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station dam to the village Zotino (Turukhansk district of the Krasnoyarsk region) are considered. Researching of zoobenthos showed significant changes of its structure after the Krasnoyarsk HPP dam construction. In particular, the proportion of amphipods (crustaceans) in the zoobenthos biomass increased by 10 times. In the expeditionary studies, seven species of amphipods were identified, but it should be noted that only two species develop and clearly dominate among them. Data obtained during the hydrobiological research formed the basis of geospatial database developed as a result of the work. The geospatial database with the observation results is available in the ICM SB RAS geoportal. The geoportal services provide data visualization in the form of interactive thematic maps, information about the objects on the map as "tooltips", information downloading in tabular form, direct access to the data through the web mapping services. Information and analytical support for the monitoring system based on the considered approach can simplify access to the needed information, provide new opportunities for analysis and modeling, promote the development of cross-disciplinary researches. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2016.

Аннотация: Изучено современное состояние сообществ эндемичных байкальских амфипод в р. Енисей на участке от плотины Красноярской ГЭС до устья р. Ангары. На основе данных многолетних экспедиционных исследований сформирована геопространственная база данных с результатами наблюдений, которая размещена на геопортале ИВМ СО РАН в отдельном тематическом разделе. Сервисы геопортала предоставляют возможности визуализации данных в виде интерактивных тематических карт и прямого доступа к данным через картографические вебсервисы из современных ГИС. Использование методов геоинформационного и картографического моделирования в анализе пространственного распределения байкальских амфипод помогает в поиске взаимосвязей с различными факторами природной среды, обеспечивает проведение качественных и количественных оценок различных параметров.
The current condition of endemic Baikal amphipod communities in the part of the river Yenisei from the dam of Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station to the mouth of the river Angara was studied. On the basis of data of long-term field researches geospatial database with results of observations was formed. This database is located on the geoportal of the Institute of Computational Modeling SB RAS on the separate topic section. Purpose. The purpose of this study is a theoretical and practical research on the opportunities of using modern GIS technologies to improve the efficiency of hydrobiological monitoring, to design software tools for web mapping and data analysis of field researches. Methods. Firstly, construction technologies of distributed informational systems in multitier architecture, program interfaces and protocols, standards of information exchange were observed according to the considered class of problems. Secondly, there were studied the abilities of these methods of geoinformation and cartographic modelling in the analysis of spatial distribution of Baikal amphipods - in the search of interrelations to different factors of the environment, qualitative and quantitative evaluation of various parameters. Results. The present study has an interdisciplinary character. On one hand, it contains the results of the hydrobiological research, connected with the determination of production potential of fish forage resources in the part of the Yenisei river from the dam of Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station to the mouth of the river Angara. On the other hand, the result of the completed work is the formation of program-technological support of the hydrobiological monitoring system by the example of Yenisei zoobenthos, the development of geospatial database and the thematic section in the geoportal of the Institute of Computational Modeling SB RAS. Geoportal services provide data visualization in the form of interactive thematic maps and the instant access to the data through the cartographic web-services of modern GIS. Conclusion. Modern GIS web-systems and technologies have ample opportunities, which can significantly improve the efficiency of hydrobiological monitoring. Information and analytical support of the monitoring system, based on the considered approach, can simplify the access to the necessary information, provide new opportunities for analysis and modelling and can promote the development of interdisciplinary studies.

Аннотация: In this paper the major characteristics of spatial data, its infrastructure and main components are discussed. Within the paper the software architecture and web services of the geoportal of Institute of Computational Modeling of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences is presented.
В статье обсуждаются основные характеристики пространственных данных, их инфраструктура и ее основные компоненты. Рассматриваются пространственные метаданные и программно-технологическое обеспечение геопорталов, их сервисы. Изучены технологии разработки прикладных геоинформационных веб-систем (геопорталов). Представлена архитектура программного обеспечения геопортала ИВМ СО РАН.

Аннотация: В работе рассматриваются вопросы формирования проблемно-ориентированной геоинформационной системы бассейна р. Енисей на основе междисциплинарных научных исследований. Создание системы, в которой будут собраны и систематизированы сведения о его речной сети, обеспечит возможность проведения анализа и моделирования гидрологических процессов, различных природных и природно-техногенных явлений, качественной и количественной оценки водных ресурсов, экологического состояния. Методической основой разработки является формируемая региональная система показателей устойчивого природопользования. Разработка создается в сервис-ориентированной парадигме на основе геопортальных технологий, средств интерактивной веб-картографии, системы распределенного хранения и обработки данных. Основное внимание в настоящей статье уделяется проблемам формирования программно-технологического обеспечения, особенностям реализации программных компонент веб-ГИС, вопросам эффективной обработки и представления геопространственных данных.
The work considers the questions of formation of problem-focused geoinformation system of the Yenisei river basin based on interdisciplinary scientific studies. The creation of a system, in which are collected and systematized information about its river network, will provide an opportunity for analysis and modeling of hydrological processes various natural and man-made phenomena, qualitative and quantitative assessment of water resources, ecological status. Methodological basis of development is a regional system of indicators for sustainable environmental management. Development is created in the service-oriented paradigm on the basis of geoportal technologies, interactive web mapping, distributed storage and data processing. The focus in this article is paid to the problems of software design and technological support, the characteristics of software components implementation of the web GIS, the effective processing and presentation of geospatial data.

Аннотация: Рассматриваются проблемы и методы, программные средства для обработки и представления радиометрических спутниковых данных SMOS, GCOM-W1, MODIS, используемых в исследованиях различных характеристик почвы (влажность, температура). Создана база геопространственных данных, программы и прикладные сервисы для различных операций над ними. Разработанный комплекс программ обеспечивает решение всех необходимых задач автоматизации научных исследований.
These data are used in studies of different soil characteristics, such as soil moisture and temperature. The main attention is paid to SMOS satellite data and the discussion different characteristics of the software to handle them. Article presents a list of existing software toolboxes for various operations on these data. A database of geospatial data along with software and applied services for a variety of operations on them have been created. Efficient data storage structure that provides a significant increase in computational performance for a number of tasks has been proposed. A number of software functions have been implemented for downloading, storing and processing of geospatial radiometric data. The developed system provides setting of various parameters through configuration files, which simplify common user tasks, such as granting access rights for database connection, selection and visualization of information from geospatial database, conversion and export data to third party formats. Using of open international mapping standards of Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) for geospatial data greatly simplifies access to information on the topic, expanding the audience of potential users. The software tools developed can be used for solving different problems arising in scientific investigations. It is widely used in everyday research in the Laboratory of Radiophysics of the Remote Sensing, Kirensky Institute of Physics, Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences.

Аннотация: The functionality, architectural features, the user interface of the geoinformation web-system of environmental monitoring of Krasnoyarsk is discussed. This system is created in service-oriented architecture. Data collection from the automated stations to monitor the state of atmospheric air has been implemented. An original device to measure the level of contamination of the atmosphere by fine dust PM2.5 has developed. Assessment of the level of air pollution is based on the quality index AQI atmosphere.

Аннотация: The work considers some features of the development of software and technological support tools for loading and processing of remote sensing data. Development is created in the service-oriented paradigm based on geoportal technologies and interactive web-cartography. The focus in this article is paid to the peculiarities of implementing the software components of the web GIS, the efficient processing and presentation of geospatial data.

Аннотация: The current state of endemic Baikal amphipods in the Yenisei river, and the results of expeditionary research are discussed. Reusable increasing the density of amphipods in the Yenisei river after the water regulation by the dam of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station is noted. The data of hydrobiological monitoring has been designed in the form of geoportal geospatial database, which provides visualization of research results as interactive thematic maps along with direct access to data via web mapping services from GIS software.

Аннотация: Рассматриваются проблемы формирования информационно-аналитической поддержки задач спутникового мониторинга. Обсуждаются системная архитектура и технические характеристики программно-технологического обеспечения, создаваемого в Едином региональном центре ДЗЗ Красноярского края. Основное внимание уделяется организации распределенной обработки данных дистанционного зондирования Земли, которые принимаются спутниковым приемным комплексом ФИЦ КНЦ СО РАН, расположенном в Академгородке Красноярка. Спутниковые данные с российских космических аппаратов поступают по выделенному каналу передачи данных из Сибирского регионального центра ДЗЗ Роскосмоса на базе АО «Информационные спутниковые системы им. ак. М.Ф. Решетнева» (г. Железногорск).
The problems of formation of information and analytical software for satellite monitoring problems are discussed. The architecture of the system and technical specifications of software developed at United Regional Remote Sensing Center of the Krasnoyarsk Territory are considered. The main atten-tion is paid to the organization of distributed remote sensing data processing. These data are received by the satellite receiving station at FIC KSC SB RAS (Krasnoyarsk, Akademgorodok). An additional channel of reception of satellite data is connected with Siberian Regional Remote Sensing Center of Roscosmos, created on the basis of ISS-Reshetnev Company (JSC "Information Satellite Systems”).
