Аннотация: The radiative transfer in a freely expanding gaseous sphere, illuminated by external radiation, has been studied numerically. The absorption coefficient, spectral and spatial characteristics of the absorbed and scattered radiation, the radial dependences of excited atomic concentration have been determined, the influence of the optical thickness and the atomic radial expansion velocity on them have been investigated.

Аннотация: The paper deals with absorption of resonance and continuum radiation in an expanding gaseous sphere. For self-similar expansion, a probability of radiation to be transmitted is studied depending on the velocity gradient and optical thickness. It is shown that an optically thick medium grows thinner with the velocity gradient.

Аннотация: An approach to efficiency improvement of monitoring of the emergency situations for the Siberian region is suggested in this paper. It is based on integration of data processing and storage technologies: Data Warehouse, OLAP and Expert systems. The data warehouse provides accumulation of data from isolated monitoring services. The OLAP tools allow a user to perform multiaspect monitoring of natural and anthropogenic emergency situations. The expert systems technology enables user to estimate of the emergencies risk based on state indicators. Suggested original methods and tools are embedded in emergency situations monitoring system "Espla-M". The system "Espla-M" is implemented in Ministry of emergency of Siberian Region. В© 2012 MIPRO.

Аннотация: The paper focuses on implementation of the integral OLAP-model constructing method for the emergency risk estimation in the case of Krasnoyarsk region. Аннотация: We analyze the resonance absorption spectrum of ions in an expanding ultracold spherical plasma. It is shown that the spectrum width is controlled by the highest expansion velocity at the sphere boundary. As the expansion velocity grows, the initial optical thickness of the medium decreases and the medium becomes transparent. We suggest a broadband laser radiation in the red absorption spectrum of ions be used to decelerate ions in an expanding plasma in order to achieve crystallization.

Аннотация: Monitoring of animals in the wild using camera traps is one of the promising ways for monitoring animal behaviour and estimation of dynamic of changes in natural systems over the large areas. The installation of camera traps in a predefined place such as animal shelters, trails, watering places provides unique information that is not available by applying other monitoring methods. Present, a lot of methods and algorithms have been developed that allow us to recognize the natural images taking into account the variability of shooting conditions, illumination, location and posture of the animal, as well as a complex textural background, representing various states of the forest, steppe, mountain and tundra landscapes. This paper presents the results of analysis and systematization of monitoring data from images obtained on the protected natural territories in the Krasnoyarsk region. The authors propose the special structure of a centralized data warehouse for an intelligent ecosystem monitoring system. The structure of the data warehouse combines historical, operational and reference data. The content of structural elements of the data warehouse is described in detail. The developed data warehouse combines monitoring data from different sources and makes up a united informational resource for further data processing and solving analytical tasks of environmental monitoring. © 42nd International Convention on Information and Communication Technology, Electronics and Microelectronics, MIPRO 2019 - Proceedings.
