Аннотация: Paper deals with results of monitoring of the quantitative and functional characteristics of the peripheral blood cells of different fish species of the middle section of the Krasnoyarsk reservoir over the years 2000-2009. Seasonal dynamics of the oxygen metabolism of the blood cells of different fishes was characterized by similar changes of the non-specific resistance in the spawning and post-spawning period under different level of the water filling of the reservoir.
