Аннотация: The effect has been studied of inoculation of seeds of wheat with two species of rhizospheric microorganisms, Pseudomonas fluorescens and Pseudomonas putida - on young plant growth with complete and with nitrogen deficit mineral nutrition. With complete mineral medium, plants grown from seeds inoculated with bacteria of Pseudomonas genus (experiment plants) have been found to have better growth over plants not inoculated with these bacteria (control plants). The experiment plants had increased transpiration and their biomass had higher organic nitrogen content. With nitrogen deficit medium, the plants inoculated with bacteria and those without them, have not revealed changes in growth. Аннотация: To preserve the biosphere and to use it efficiently, it is necessary to gain a deep insight into the dynamics of the primary production process on our planet. Variability of chlorophyll concentration in the ocean is one of the most important components of this process. These investigations are, however, very labor-consuming, because of the difficulties related to the accessibility of the water surface and its large size. In this work long-term changes in chlorophyll concentration in the surface layer of the ocean have been analyzed on the basis of the CZCS data for 7.5 years from 1979 to 1986 and the SeaWiFS data from 1997 to 2004. It has been shown that the average chlorophyll concentration calculated in all investigated areas varies moderately. However, when analyzing spatially local trends, the areas have been detected that have significant rise and fall of chlorophyll concentrations. Some interesting features of the long-term dynamics of chlorophyll concentration have been found. The opposite directions of long-term trends (essential increase or decrease) cannot be explained only by large-scale hydrological phenomena in the ocean (currents, upwellings, etc.). The measured chlorophyll concentration results from the balance between production and destruction processes. Which process dominates is determined by various hydrophysical, hydrobiological, and climatic processes, leading to sharp rises or falls of the concentration. It is important to estimate the scale of the areas in which this or that process dominates. Therefore, the study addresses not only the dynamics of the mean value but also the dynamics of the areas in which the dominance of certain factors has led to a sharp fall or rise in chlorophyll concentration. Аннотация: Deep insight into types of vegetation variability provided by AVHRR space scanner images of vegetation index spatial distribution helps reveal impact of land surface changes on environment. The Institute of Computational Modeling SB RAS has developed nonparametric algorithms of automatic to classify and recognize patterns of these images which helped to reveal: (1) major variability types (generally connected); (2) areas belonging to small classes, which can be used to reveal deviations from 'normal' (e.g., forest fires, etc.); (3) deviation from a certain type of dynamics indicative of changes in condition of plants, which can be used to diagnose pathology at early stages; (4) impact of economical activities on vegetation in Norilsk area. The authors provide biological interpretation of the satellite data. Computer-animated dynamics and color maps are presented. Аннотация: Results of long-term hydrobiological monitoring for the Yenisei river section from the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station dam to the village Zotino (Turukhansk district of the Krasnoyarsk region) are considered. Researching of zoobenthos showed significant changes of its structure after the Krasnoyarsk HPP dam construction. In particular, the proportion of amphipods (crustaceans) in the zoobenthos biomass increased by 10 times. In the expeditionary studies, seven species of amphipods were identified, but it should be noted that only two species develop and clearly dominate among them. Data obtained during the hydrobiological research formed the basis of geospatial database developed as a result of the work. The geospatial database with the observation results is available in the ICM SB RAS geoportal. The geoportal services provide data visualization in the form of interactive thematic maps, information about the objects on the map as "tooltips", information downloading in tabular form, direct access to the data through the web mapping services. Information and analytical support for the monitoring system based on the considered approach can simplify access to the needed information, provide new opportunities for analysis and modeling, promote the development of cross-disciplinary researches. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2016.

Аннотация: Sunflower plants were grown in the laboratory under continuous light on the ground, the sand and the liquid medium. Fluorescence parameters were measured using PAM fluorimeter (Walz, Germany) and optical spectrophotometric sensor CCM-200 plus, Opti-Sciences, USA). The change of parameters of Fo, Fm, Fv/Fm, ETR and CCI in leaves after addition of oil at a concentration of 6 g/kg is investigated. It is shown that the parameters CCI and ETR (electron transport rates) are most sensitive to oil pollution. The value of the CCI in sunflower leaves increased (compared to control) after the addition of oil in the soil and decreased after the addition of oil in sand and liquid culture medium. © 2016 SPIE.

Аннотация: Представлены предварительные результаты исследования структуры геномов хлоропластов. Под структурой понимается кластеризация точек, соответствующих отдельным фрагментам генома хлоропласта (длиной порядка 200 нуклеотидов) в пространстве частот триплетов; частоты триплетов подсчитывались с пересечением, так, что каждый нуклеотид давал старт триплету. Было проанализировано 188 геномов хлоропластов растений самых разных таксономических уровней. Геном хлоропластов преобразовывался в частотные словари триплетов. Затем для каждого генома в 63-мерном пространстве этих частот при помощи программы VidaExpert были построены проекции данных, соответствующих выделяемым фрагментам генома, в пространстве первых трёх главных компонент. Было обнаружено, что подавляющее большинство геномов в пространстве первых трёх главных компонент имеет очень похожую пространственную структуру. Кроме того, для геномов вычислялся CG-контент, который является ведущим параметром классификации семикластерных структур геномов бактерий; ожидалось, что хлоропласты, ведущие своё происхождение от бактерий, будут также подчиняться этому правилу. Было установлено, что для хлоропластов данный параметр не является ведущим в классификации структур, наблюдаемых при анализе главных компонент распределения фрагментов геномов в пространстве частот триплетов.
Some preliminary results on the chloroplast genomes structure are provided. Structure here is an order observed within a set of points in 63-dimenstional metric space, where each point is the frequency dictionary of a fragment of a chromosome of the length app. 200 nucleotides; the fragments are identified with a step in 10 nucleotides. Frequency dictionary contains all triplets (with on exception), and the triplets have been counted so that these latter intersected, and each nucleotide gives a start for a triplet. Thus, about 15 000 fragments were identified, and converted into the points. The triplet yielding the least standard deviation over the set of the points has been eliminated. 188 chloroplast genomes of plants of various taxonomy were analyzed. Cluster stricture of the set of the points was elaborated with ViDaExpert software. It was found the genomes exhibit rather similar seven-cluster structure, especially apparent in principal component space; alongside the clusterisation, GC-content has been counted, for each genome, since it is suspected to be the key factor in pattern regulation. Unlike for bacterial genomes, GC-content was not found to be the key factor.

Аннотация: The current state of endemic Baikal amphipods in the Yenisei river, and the results of expeditionary research are discussed. Reusable increasing the density of amphipods in the Yenisei river after the water regulation by the dam of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station is noted. The data of hydrobiological monitoring has been designed in the form of geoportal geospatial database, which provides visualization of research results as interactive thematic maps along with direct access to data via web mapping services from GIS software.

Аннотация: Some preliminary results are provided towards the study of the violation of genomic super-symmetry; that latter is the so called Second Chargaff's rule. The rule stipulates that oligonucleotides that could be read equally in opposite directions with respect to the symbol change according to the complimentary law (complimentary palindromes) should exhibit pretty close frequency. The measure for the second rule violation was calculated for a single strand. Both intragenomic, and intergenomic studies have been carried out. It was found that intragenomic variability decays, as the length of string grows up. The intergenomic variability is comparable to the intragenomic one, for considerably short strings.

Аннотация: Some preliminary results are provided towards the study of the violation of genomic super-symmetry; that latter is the so called Second Chargaff's rule. The rule stipulates that oligonucleotides that could be read equally in opposite directions with respect to the symbol change according to the complimentary law (complimentary palindromes) should exhibit pretty close frequency. We have checked the genomes of organisms of various taxa ranging from viruses via bacteria, yeasts, animals, plants, etc.; more than 1500 genetic sequences had been studied, totally. The measure for the second rule violation was calculated for a single strand. Both intragenomic, and intergenomic studies have been carried out. Аннотация: В данной работе было проверено, является ли семикластерная структура, обнаруженная у бактерий, универсальной и наблюдаются ли все обнаруженные свойства такой структуры для других геномов. Исследована внутренняя структурированность геномов хлоропластов и цианобактерий, показано, что эта структурированность существенно отличается от ранее обнаруженной для бактериальных геномов. Под структурированностью понимается кластеризация частотных словарей триплетов отдельных фрагментов генома, определяемых регулярным порядком, вне зависимости от функциональной роли того или иного участка. Кластеризация проводилась методом упругих карт.
It is tested whether seven-cluster genome structure, detected in bacteria, is a universal one and whether all of its observed properties pertain to other genomes. Inner structuring of chloroplasts' and cyano-bacteria's genome is studied, and it is found out that this structuring notably differs from what was earlier discovered in bacterial genomes. By structuring it is meant the clasterization of triplet frequency dictionary developed for different genome fragments which have regular allocation, independent of the fragment function. The clasterization has been executed by the method of elastic maps.

Также показана возможность широкомасштабного использования ЗШО в литейном производстве.
The authors of this paper note that the use of bentonite in the composition of the molding mixture leads to spoilage of cast iron castings. The use of ash and slag waste from thermal power plants in the molding mixture prevents this defect. The article shows the possibility of large-scale use of ash and slag waste in the foundry

Аннотация: Оснащение гидроэлектростанций современными программно-аппаратными комплексами контроля технического состояния оборудования и накопленные объемы данных создают необходимые условия для разработки методов и технологий аналитического оценивания состояния оборудования на основе комплексного анализа данных мониторинга. В данной работе выполнено исследование особенностей поведения гидроагрегата в различных режимах путем применения методов интеллектуального анализа - метода главных компонент и кластерного анализа - к данным системы вибрационного контроля. В ходе исследования определены главные компоненты и выполнена их интерпретация с учётом вклада анализируемых параметров; на плоскости двух первых главных компонент построена пятикластерная структура, определяющая моменты времени с характерным поведением системы; выполнен анализ временных рядов контролируемых параметров в характерные моменты времени. Комплексный анализ мониторинговых данных позволил выявить особенности и закономерности в работе гидроагрегата, признаки взаимного влияния его конструктивных узлов, определить соотношения диапазонов значений ключевых параметров в различных режимах функционирования оборудования.
The level of modern software and hardware systems for monitoring the technical state of equipment at hydroelectric power plants as well as accumulated large amounts of data create the necessary conditions for development of methods and technologies for analytical assessment of the state of equipment based on comprehensive analysis of monitoring data. This paper presents the study of behavior features of the hydraulic unit in different modes by applying the data mining techniques - principal component analysis and cluster analysis - to data of the vibration control system. During the study the principal components have been selected and interpreted taking account of the contribution of the data attributes to the principal components; on the plane of two principal components the five-cluster structure has been constructed that describes the points in time with typical system behavior; the analysis of time series of controlled parameters at these characteristic points in time has been carried out. The comprehensive analysis of monitoring data has allowed us to discover the features and patterns in the functioning of the hydraulic unit, detect the character of influence of its constructive elements, identify the ratio of the ranges of key parameters values in various modes of equipment operation.
