Аннотация: This paper presents the technique of comprehensive decision making support in territory management based on estimation of current state of the territory and formation of control actions. In order to provide the decision preparation support the author proposes a method of wellbeing level estimation that allows to calculate a wellbeing index taking into account various aspects of vital activity. In order to provide the intellectual support of decision formation the author comes up with a model of generation of the control recommendations. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2015.

Аннотация: Определяющим фактором инновации является развитие изобретательства. Огромное наследие фундаментальной науки, наличие инженерных школ, сохранившиеся во многих отраслях, позволяют успешно осваивать новые инновационные направления в аэрокосмической отрасли, включая АО «Информационные спутниковые системы» имени академика М. Ф. Решетнева», на котором большое значение придается изобретательской деятельности сотрудников, подготовке инженерных инновационных кадров.
Determinant of innovation is the development of inventions. A huge legacy of fundamental science, the presence of engineering schools, preserved in many industries allow to develop successfully new innovative trends in the aerospace industry, including JSC Academician M. F. Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems, in which great importance is attached to the inventive activities of employees, training of engineering specialists.
