Аннотация: A large number and wide variety of lake ecosystem models have been developed and published during the past four decades. We identify two challenges for making further progress in this field. One such challenge is to avoid developing more models largely following the concept of others ('reinventing the wheel'). The other challenge is to avoid focusing on only one type of model, while ignoring new and diverse approaches that have become available ('having tunnel vision'). In this paper, we aim at improving the awareness of existing models and knowledge of concurrent approaches in lake ecosystem modelling, without covering all possible model tools and avenues. First, we present a broad variety of modelling approaches. To illustrate these approaches, we give brief descriptions of rather arbitrarily selected sets of specific models. We deal with static models (steady state and regression models), complex dynamic models (CAEDYM, CE-QUAL-W2, Delft 3D-ECO, LakeMab, LakeWeb, MyLake, PCLake, PROTECH, SALMO), structurally dynamic models and minimal dynamic models. We also discuss a group of approaches that could all be classified as individual based: super-individual models (Piscator, Charisma), physiologically structured models, stage-structured models and traitbased models. We briefly mention genetic algorithms, neural networks, Kalman filters and fuzzy logic. Thereafter, we zoom in, as an in-depth example, on the multi-decadal development and application of the lake ecosystem model PCLake and related models (PCLake Metamodel, Lake Shira Model, IPH-TRIM3D-PCLake). In the discussion, we argue that while the historical development of each approach and model is understandable given its 'leading principle', there are many opportunities for combining approaches. We take the point of view that a single 'right' approach does not exist and should not be strived for. Instead, multiple modelling approaches, applied concurrently to a given problem, can help develop an integrative view on the functioning of lake ecosystems. We end with a set of specific recommendations that may be of help in the further development of lake ecosystem models.

Аннотация: A system of sustainable water management is suggested. This includes natural water production; acceptable sanitary-epidemiological water state; conservation and maintenance of biological water diversity; development of socioeconomic functions of water management; and instruments for water policy to conserve sustainable management of water consumption and protect consumers from injurious water effects. The developed system was applied to analyse the situation in the Yenisei River basin (Russia). Analysis in the basin showed that it is currently unsustainable: the share of purified water has not increased; water cost per unit production is high; the quality of water in the Yenisei River is still characterised as 'polluted'; some people in the basin drink water containing injurious substances; and both purification facilities and water supply systems are in an unsatisfactory state. Hence, the financing of hydrological work is currently inadequate.

Аннотация: This paper presents the new technique of territory wellbeing estimation based on creation of a geographically-oriented wellbeing standard and estimation of the territory wellbeing level. The author proposes a method of wellbeing level estimation that provides the calculation of territory wellbeing index taking into account various aspects of vital activity and semantic interpretation of index values using fuzzy logic. The practical result of the work is an implementation of suggested solutions for social monitoring of the territory. © 2014 Springer International Publishing.

Аннотация: This paper presents an approach of operational control of the state of technosphere and environment objects based on the integration of Data Warehouse, OLAP and Expert systems technologies. It looks at the structure of data warehouse that provides consolidation and storage of monitoring data. There is a description of OLAP-models that provide a multidimensional analysis of monitoring data and dynamic analysis of principal parameters of controlled objects. The authors suggest some criteria of emergency risk assessment using expert knowledge about danger levels. It is demonstrated now some of the proposed solutions could be adopted in territorial decision making support systems. Аннотация: To understand the mechanisms of formation of water quality it is necessary to study both biological and chemical properties of a lake as well as its hydro regime. For many years researchers have focused on the study of chemistry and biology of Lake Shira (situated in Siberia), but a detailed investigation of its hydro regime has become possible only recently with the development of modern measuring instruments. Using the latest generation of measuring devices we have obtained the hydrophysical characteristics of the stratified salt lake in situ (air and water temperature, wind strength and direction, water velocity). Relationships between the measured data have allowed us to analyze the flow in the lake as a whole, thus outlining the problem of determining lake ecological status in the period under observation. © SGEM2014.

Аннотация: Рассмотрен метод системного моделирования бортовой аппаратуры командно-измерительной системы космического аппарата. Дано описание модели и эвристического метода направленного пошагового проектирования, в результате которого строится модель, имитирующая структуру, свойства и методы функционирования командно-измерительной системы. Описана программная реализация инструментальных средств, позволяющих выполнять построение модели: задавать конфигурацию, коммутационные соединения и логику информационного взаимодействия. Исследования проводятся в рамках создания программного обеспечения для поддержки конструирования бортовой аппаратуры командно-измерительной системы космического аппарата.
We address a method for modelling of onboard equipment for the command and the measuring system of the spacecraft. The result of the method is the information and graphical simulation model that represents the specified level of details for the configuration and functions of the on-board equipment. A heuristic approach is used to support the model construction that allows a sequence of model changes in order to simulate the required specifications and functions of the equipment. The model is designed to simulate the operation of a command-measuring system. The command-measuring system is designed for command-measuring control of onboard systems, transmission of telemetric information to Earth control complex, measurement of current navigation parameters of a spacecraft's orbit. We have formally described the model of a command-measuring system, and also designed the methods and instruments allowing to present its architecture and a configuration of connections. The model's function rules are explicitly set in the knowledge base of the product. The rules describe the logics for operation of the command-measuring system: transfer of command information to spacecraft's systems, acceptance and transmission of telemetric information, conditions of the onboard equipment control, choice of interfaces for the equipment. The research is carried out for creation of the “Program-mathematical model of the onboard equipment command and measurement system”. The program includes the tools for model building and simulation. During the simulation it renders the sequence of actions defined for a specific model configuration. The software includes advanced configuration features models, statistical modelling of storage, management simulations, and analyze the results of the model. These functions allow a user to enter a variety of heuristics to analyze design solutions. The program was put into trial operation in the JSC "Academician MF Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems".

Main requirements to universal system for scientific activity management are described in the paper. Justification of the use of Model Driven Architecture for constructing the uni versal system is represented. Original principles to construct meta-model are proposed. Realization of the proposed principles was carried out when the scientific activity management system was constructed in ICM SB RAS.

Аннотация: Предложена технология автоматизации и программной поддержки решения функциональных задач конструктора бортовой аппаратуры космического аппарата. Выполнен обзор состояния проблемы и существующих технологических и программных решений. Рассмотрены особенности информационного взаимодействия систем космического аппарата, осуществляющих контроль и командно-программное управление его основными системами. Выделены задачи моделирования бортовых систем и требования к интеграции, которым должна отвечать построенная модель. На основе системного подхода выполнено проектирование программного комплекса, предназначенного для информационно-графического и имитационного моделирования, анализа функционирования бортовой аппаратуры, а также для поддержки решения исследовательских задач. Апробация технологических подходов и программных решений выполнена на примере бортовой аппаратуры командно-измерительной системы. Результаты работы предназначены для внедрения в организацию, занимающуюся разработкой спутниковых систем.
This article describes the program-instrumental support of designing of the spacecraft onboard monitoring and control systems. The main purpose of this work is to automate all stages of the development life cycle of spacecraft onboard systems including designing, production, testing and commissioning. It proposed integrated approach of combining informational, measuring, computing and control functions within a single software. This software is a complex of four subsystems. The first is the graphic interfaces subsystem that allows to construct and to configure the model of the onboard monitoring and control systems. The subsystem of intelligent simulation modelling is intended to simulate process of passing of the information packets through the model of onboard monitoring and control system. The test execution subsystem provides complex support of the spacecraft systems testing by organizing test sequences and analyzing tests results. The educational system is intended for personnel training in the area of designing and testing of the spacecraft onboard monitoring and control systems. Proposed technological and software methods allow to make scientifically based design solutions at all stages of development life cycle of the spacecraft onboard systems. Proposed approach is applies to designing of the spacecraft command and measuring system that solves tasks of command control and monitoring of the spacecraft onboard systems.

Аннотация: Software design and development of web-based geographic information systems are discussed. A number of implemented applied information-analytical systems and related computational technologies is presented.     Ultimate pit limit substantiation for the purpose of forestry reclamation of lands at ballast quarries in Siberia

Аннотация: Slow-rate development of mineral resources in Siberia is connected with remoteness of mineral fields and deficiency in hard-surface roads. The approval of the government transport system program in Siberia requires boosting road metal production and quarrying expansion. Mined-out voids of depleted quarries disturb lands and remain bare for a long time. The situation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory is of particular concern. It is urgently required to find planting methods for mined-out ballast quarries. The obstacle is the traditional geometry of mined-out open pits, with steep walls and vast bottom flooded with atmospheric precipitations. Ecological monitoring of mined-out surface mines in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and most effective vegetation of mined-out voids shows that, given the local climate (long cold winter and short hot summer), population of trees is higher on the southern and eastern pit walls, where moisture content is higher and trees are less dehumidified under the sun in simmer; of no less significance is flatness of slopes and weak inclination (3-5°) of roads towards pit walls, as well as presence of fertile soil layer in the walls. On special purpose plots of land 0.2 ha in area, trees have been counted per each element of a quarry, which makes the basis to develop recommendations on environmentally optimal shape of quarries: maximum area of the southern and eastern pitwalls to be slightly sloping (15-24°), minimum technologically reasoned area of bottom is shifted northwestward. The study is in accordance with the Fundamental Research Program of the National Academies of Sciences for 2013-2020 and the research plan of the Nauka Design and Engineering Center, ICT SB RAS for 2013-2017, under the project "Information Support Models and Technologies for Evaluation, Forecasting and Management of Regional Eco-Systems, Territorial Infrastructure and Natural and Industrial Safety".

Аннотация: The work considers information and computing technologies supporting regional decisions making and based on geoinformation websystems and mapping web-services. The use of such systems for the information support of regional management is now becoming common. Long-term strategic forecasting and planning of territories development, solution of various institutional and sectoral problems today are often based on the use of integrated information and computing environment, complex information systems of regional management, which are based on geospatial (mapping) data. This paper discusses technologies and webservices used in the creation and implementation of regional geoinformation web-systems. Such systems provide access to huge arrays of geospatial information and services distributed in the Internet, remote data processing with high performance multi-user computers. Problems of choosing basic software such as geoinformation platform, advantages and disadvantages of existing solutions are discussed. The software structure and basic web-GIS components are analyzed. Examples of completed projects are given. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2016.

    Analysis of natural and technogenic safety of the Krasnoyarsk region based on data mining techniques

Аннотация: This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of natural and technogenic safety indicators of the Krasnoyarsk region in order to explore geographical variations and patterns in occurrence of emergencies by applying the multidimensional analysis techniques – principal component analysis and cluster analysis – to data of the Territory Safety Passports. For data modelling, two principal components are selected and interpreted taking account of the contribution of the data attributes to the principal components. Data distribution on the principal components is analysed at different levels of the territory detail: municipal areas and settlements. Two- and three- cluster structures are constructed in multidimensional data space; the main clusters features are analyzed. The results of this analysis have allowed to identify the high-risk municipal areas and rank the territories according to danger degree of occurrence of the natural and technogenic emergencies. It gives the basis for decision making and makes it possible for authorities to allocate the forces and means for territory protection more efficiently and develop a system of measures to prevent and mitigate the consequences of emergencies in the large region. © Springer International Publishing AG 2016.

Аннотация: В работе рассматриваются вопросы формирования проблемно-ориентированной геоинформационной системы бассейна р. Енисей на основе междисциплинарных научных исследований. Создание системы, в которой будут собраны и систематизированы сведения о его речной сети, обеспечит возможность проведения анализа и моделирования гидрологических процессов, различных природных и природно-техногенных явлений, качественной и количественной оценки водных ресурсов, экологического состояния. Методической основой разработки является формируемая региональная система показателей устойчивого природопользования. Разработка создается в сервис-ориентированной парадигме на основе геопортальных технологий, средств интерактивной веб-картографии, системы распределенного хранения и обработки данных. Основное внимание в настоящей статье уделяется проблемам формирования программно-технологического обеспечения, особенностям реализации программных компонент веб-ГИС, вопросам эффективной обработки и представления геопространственных данных.
The work considers the questions of formation of problem-focused geoinformation system of the Yenisei river basin based on interdisciplinary scientific studies. The creation of a system, in which are collected and systematized information about its river network, will provide an opportunity for analysis and modeling of hydrological processes various natural and man-made phenomena, qualitative and quantitative assessment of water resources, ecological status. Methodological basis of development is a regional system of indicators for sustainable environmental management. Development is created in the service-oriented paradigm on the basis of geoportal technologies, interactive web mapping, distributed storage and data processing. The focus in this article is paid to the problems of software design and technological support, the characteristics of software components implementation of the web GIS, the effective processing and presentation of geospatial data.

Аннотация: Разработана технология, позволившая автоматизировать все этапы организации исследования функциональных характеристик командно-измерительной системы космического аппарата, обеспечить наглядность построения сложных последовательностей испытательных процедур приема-передачи команд, а также удобство и корректность отображения результатов. Командно-измерительная система является одной из ключевых систем бортовой аппаратуры, в функции которой входит поддержка командно-программного управления системами и приборами космического аппарата и контроля их состояния со стороны наземного комплекса управления. С наземного комплекса управления передаются телекоманды, командно-измерительная система выполняет их прием, первичную обработку и передачу для выполнения в бортовой комплекс управления. В обратном направлении командно-измерительная система осуществляет передачу пакетов телеметрии с информацией о состоянии бортовых систем космического аппарата и результатами отработки телекоманд. Внедрение программного обеспечения для автоматизации испытаний командно-измерительных систем на предприятии показало необходимость расширения его функциональных возможностей в части контроля и анализа логики работы оборудования при выполнении наземным комплексом командно-программного управления бортовой аппаратурой. Анализ функций отработки команд должен выполняться параллельно с проведением испытаний на соответствие физических характеристик техническим требованиям к оборудованию. Для построения испытательных процедур разработано программное обеспечение, позволяющее имитировать внешнее командно-программное управление, задавая различные последовательности команд, выполняя контроль их отработки и анализ получаемой информации. Представленный подход расширяет возможности проведения экспериментальных исследований, позволяет сократить время проведения испытаний и повысить качество конструкторских решений.
We have developed a technology allowing to automate all stages of testing of spacecraft command and measuring systems’ functional characteristics and providing construction of complicated sequences of command test procedures and visualization of results. The command and measuring system is one of the onboard equipment’s key systems, its functions are support of command and software control of a spacecraft’s systems and devices and control of their condition from the Earth control complex. The Earth complex transmits telecommands and the command and measuring system performs their reception, primary processing and transmission to the onboard control complex for execution. Backwards, the command and measuring system provides transmission of the telemetry packages containing information about condition of spacecraft onboard systems and the results of telecommand performance. Implementation of the software for automation of testing command and measuring systems by a company-producer has shown the necessity to expand its functional abilities in the area of control and analysis of the logics of work of the equipment during Earth complex’s command and measuring control over onboard equipment. The command execution analysis must be performed together with tests on compliance of physical characteristics with technical requirements to the equipment. In order to build testing procedures we have designed software allowing to simulate external command and software management by setting different sequences of commands, controlling their execution and analyzing the received data. This approach extends the possibilities of conducting tests, allows to reduce the time of testing and improve the quality of designer solutions.
