The experimental temperature dependences of the electrical resistance are described in terms of the TAPS mechanism using the temperature dependences of the tunnel-junction critical current. Аннотация: Composites are prepared from a high-temperature superconductor with the 1-2-3 structure and the low-temperature oxide BaPb3/4Bi1/4O3 with various volume concentrations of the high-temperature and low-temperature superconductors. The temperature dependences of the electrical resistivities and critical current densities of the composites are measured. It is shown experimentally that these composites comprise a synthetically created network of Josephson weak links (with a specified degree of coupling). (C) 1997 American Institute of Physics.

Аннотация: Composites HTSC + semiconductor with different carrier concentrations were prepared as a model of Josephson type contacts. Experimental temperature dependences of the critical current density Jc(T) in the composites are presented. The best congruence of experiment with theory was reached for the Schussler-Kummel consideration of Andreev scattering in S-Sm-S (S-superconductor, Sm-semiconductor) junctions.

Аннотация: Results are presented of an experimental study of the temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity rho(T), critical current density J(c)(T), and current-voltage characteristics of polycrystalline composites based on the high-temperature superconductor Y3/4Lu1/4Ba2Cu3O7 and copper oxide with different lithium doping levels. The experimental temperature dependence of the critical current of composites with varying volume content of the semiconductor ingredient and varying charge carrier concentration are found to be in qualitative agreement with theory which takes account of Andreev reflection of the carriers at the S-Sm and Sm-S surfaces of the S-Sm-S Josephson junction (where S is the superconductor and Sm is the semiconductor). Аннотация: Composites HTSC + normal metal with magnetic and nonmagnetic impurities have been prepared. Transport properties of these composites have been studied. Supercurrent in the composites is weakened by magnetic impurities in greater degree than by nonmagnetic ones. It indicates that carriers in HTSC with 1-2-3 structure are mostly the conventional singlet pairs.

Аннотация: Приготовлены композиты из ВТСП со структурой 1-2-3 и низкотемпературного металлооксида BaPb(,3/4)Bi(,1/4)O(,3) с различными объемными конц-иями ВТСП и низкотемпературного сверхпроводника. Измерены температурные зависимости электросопротивления и критич. тока композитов. Экспериментально показано, что данные композиты представляют собой искусственно созданную сеть слабых связей (с заданной степенью связи) джозефсоновского типа.

Экспериментальные температурные зависимости критич. тока композитов с различным объемным содержанием полупроводникового ингредиента и различной конц-ией носителей заряда находятся в качественном согласии с теорией, рассматривающей андреевское отражение носителей на S-Sm- и Sm-S-поверхностях джозефсоновского S-Sm-S-перехода (где S - сверхпроводник, Sm - полупроводник)

Аннотация: Temperature dependences of transport critical current (Jc) have been studied for polycrystalline HTSC samples of 1-2-3 structure with Y3/4Lu1/4Ba2Cu3O7 composition. The main aim of the investigation was the effect of the boundaries between crystallites on the current-carrying capability of the high-temperature superconductor. The modifications of the boundaries have been achieved by the long time heat treatments up to one week (?150 hours). It has been demonstrated experimentally that the Kulik-Omel'yanchuk theory describes adequately the temperature dependence of Jc of samples with short heat treatment time in "clean" limit. The absolute value of Jc (4.2k) ? 1.4kA/cm2. Long-term heat treated samples have Jc(4.2K) ? 0.1kA/cm2 and the temperature dependence of Jc becomes close to predictions of de Gennes theory. В© 1994.
