Аннотация: Ferroelectric transition in NaNH4SeO4.2 H2O crystals was investigated by various spectroscopical methods. Characteristic features of polarization mechanism in crystals with reorientating polar groups are discussed.

Аннотация: Both theoretical and experimental study of nonlinear electromechanical properties for ferroelectric NaND4SeO4.2D2O were carried out above Curie temperature Tc . The minimum value of CE lkl , was found at temperature T=Tc +(1.5 ÷ 2) K. It was shown that this temperature corresponds to the boundary of the strong fluctuation range.

Аннотация: Nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray and neutron diffractional laser Raman investigations are carried out. A semi-quantitative model of the phase transition in SASeD-crystals is proposed. The phase transition is of a mixed (trigger) type. Along with the active ionic displacements in the sodium-oxygen octahedra and additional distortions of tetrahedral groups, ordering processes of hydrogen bonds and tetrahedral groups take place. In the process of ordering the nonlinear interaction of SeO//4-groups and water vibrations are of importance.
