Аннотация: The controlled vacuum-arc synthesis of zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) nanoparticles is considered, which makes it possible to regulate the percentage ratio of the monoclinic and tetragonal phases. The samples were characterized using XRD analysis, SEM, HRTEM analysis, FT-IR analysis, TG/DTA analysis and EPR spectroscopy. It has been established that the formation of the tetragonal phase is associated with the formation of a large number of oxygen vacancies formed due to high-speed quenching of nanoparticles. Reducing the operating gas pressure in a vacuum chamber from 180 Pa to 30 Pa makes it possible to obtain nanoparticles up to 2 nm in size. The synthesized ZrO2 nanoparticles do not contain foreign impurities and when heated, the weight loss is up to 7 %. The process of local resistive switching in the contact of an atomic force microscope (AFM) probe to a nanostructured ZrO(2-x) layer on a conducting substrate has been studied. Cyclic current-voltage characteristics demonstrate the existence of stable states of high and low resistance, switched by changing the polarity of the applied voltage. The coexistence of the m- and t-ZrO2 phases (and the resulting oxygen nonstoichiometry in the interboundary regions) provides conditions for the formation/destruction of a filament from oxygen vacancies, which determine the conductivity of the dielectric in the LRS state.

Аннотация: Copper ferrite is of great interest to researchers as a material with unique magnetic, optical, catalytic, and structural properties. In particular, the magnetic properties of this material are structurally sensitive and can be tuned by changing the distribution of Cu and Fe cations in octahedral and tetrahedral positions by controlling the synthesis parameters. In this study, we propose a new, simple, and convenient method for the synthesis of copper ferrite nanoparticles using a strongly basic anion-exchange resin in the OH form. The effect and possible mechanism of polysaccharide addition on the elemental composition, yield, and particle size of CuFe2O4 are investigated and discussed. It is shown that anion-exchange resin precipitation leads to a mixture of unstable cubic (c-CuFe2O4) phases at standard temperature and stable tetragonal (t-CuFe2O4) phases. The effect of reaction conditions on the stability of c-CuFe2O4 is studied by temperature-dependent XRD measurements and discussed in terms of cation distribution, cooperative Jahn–Teller distortion, and Cu2+ and oxygen vacancies in the copper ferrite lattice. The observed differences in the values of the saturation magnetization and coercivity of the prepared samples are explained in terms of variations in the particle size and structural properties of copper ferrite.

Аннотация: Potentialities of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in petroleum research are analyzed. Major attention is paid to technical features of the method as applied to oil extraction and preparation. Available published data are systematized. Four key directions of MRI, which undergo active development now, are distinguished: oil in a porous matrix; oil interfaces; destabilization of petroleum systems; transport of crude oils and petroleum systems. Key studies in this field are considered, essential points reflecting the MRI efficiency are presented, and the range of problems that can be solved using MRI, including prospects for further expansion of the application fields, is outlined. The possibilities of studying the morphological, structural, and dynamic aspects of the interaction of crude oils with the environment and the phase behavior of oils under the conditions of intense external actions are discussed. The review favors expansion of the experimental potential of specialists in the field of oil extraction, preparation, and refining, and also in the adjacent fields of physical and colloidal chemistry, chemistry of surface phenomena, and macromolecular chemistry.

Аннотация: During pursuing high color rendering index for full-color-emitting phosphor, low quantum efficiency (QE) is usually accompanying. We intend to elevate the luminescence efficiency when realizing a solar-like spectra distribution, by constructing apatite structure oxynitride, inheriting high covalence and rigidity from oxynitride, and suitable multiple cation sites from oxyapatite compounds. Full-color-emitting apatite structure oxynitride phosphor (Mg,Y)5Si3(O,N)13:Ce3+,Mn2+ has been prepared, and the crystal sites’ occupancies of activators in this host were favorable for white emission. (Mg,Y)5Si3(O,N)13:Ce3+,Mn2+ phosphor shows whole visible light with emission wavelength ranging from 370 to 750 nm, matching the spectra of sunlight quite well. The fabricated white light-emitting diode lamp demonstrated the distinctive overall performance of QE and chromaticity properties (Ra and R9). Furthermore, correlated color temperature is tunable from cool nature to warm white. The obtained lamp possesses the feature of less blue light hazard and high saturation of red degree, compared with the commercial YAG-based lamp.

Аннотация: Blue-light-excitable red-emitting phosphors with high thermal stability are essential for fabricating white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs). Herein, Ce3+-doped SrLaScO4 (SLO:Ce3+) phosphor is discovered to have an abnormal red emission band centered at 640 nm when excited at 440 nm. Spectroscopy and structural analyses confirm that Ce3+ ions occupy the [LaO8] polyhedrons competitively, generating a strong crystal field splitting and a large Stokes shift to produce a red emission. To further restrict the thermal quenching of SLO:Ce3+, charge-transfer engineering is implemented by incorporating a large electronegative Ga3+ in the Sc3+ site, which can attract more charges from nearby coordinating groups to decrease the electronic occupation at the bottom of the conduction band and thereby enlarge the band gap. Sc/Ga substitution in SrLa(Sc,Ga)O4:Ce3+ enhances the thermal stability by increasing the intensity ratio from 15% to 31% at 150°C compared with 20°C. This is attributed to the efficient suppression of the thermally stimulated ionization process. This study presents a general design principle for discovering novel Ce3+-doped red phosphors with good thermal stability for WLED applications.

Аннотация: Perovskite-based nanocomposites have garnered significant interests due to their potential in interfacial engineering, optical modification, and stability enhancement. However, current understanding of the construction models between perovskites and guest materials is limited, and the design concept of perovskite-based nanocomposites remains unclear. Herein, we thoroughly investigate the effects of amino bridge linkage in attapulgite@perovskite nanocomposites on the crystallization kinetics, optical properties, and stabilities of perovskites by monitoring the difference in structural, compositional, and morphological characteristics. The attapulgite@perovskite nanocomposite with amino bridge linkage exhibited a smaller average size distribution of 23.8 ± 5.8 nm, along with enhanced thermal stability (81% relative PL intensity after a heating-cooling cycle) and photo-stability (84% relative PL intensity after 30 h ultraviolet light irradiation). These improvements can be attributed to the adequate passivation of amino bridge linkages. Our work aims to provide a deeper understanding of perovskite-based nanocomposite construction and inspire new approaches for modifying their optical properties and enhancing their stability.

Аннотация: We have reported the density functional theory investigations on the monolayer, 2 layered and bulk MoSi2N4 in three structural modifications called as α1 [Science, DOI: 10.1126/science.abb7023], α2 and α3 [Adv. Funct. Mater., DOI: 10.1002/adfm.202214050]. We showed that in the case of monolayers the difference in total energies is less than 0.1 eV between α1 and α3 phases, and less than 0.2 eV between α1 and α2 geometries. The most energetically favorable layer stacking for the bulk structures of each phase was investigated. All considered modifications are dynamically stable from a single layer to a bulk structure in energetically favorable stacking. Raman spectra for the monolayer, 2 layered and bulk structures were simulated and the vibrational analysis was performed. The main difference between in the obtained spectra is associated with the position of the strongest band which depends on the Mo-N bond length. According to the obtained data, we can conclude that Raman line at 348 cm–1 in the experimental spectra of MoSi2N4, can have more complex explanation then just Γ-point Raman-active vibration as was discussed before in [Science, DOI: 10.1126/science.abb7023].

Аннотация: Проведено исследование коллоидной устойчивости наносуспензий, полученных разбавлением концентрированных силиказолей. Рассмотрен широкий диапазон массовых концентраций наночастиц (от 1 до 50 масс.%) и средних размеров первичных частиц (от 10 до 35 нм). Анализ седиментационных экспериментов показал, что рассмотренные образцы обладают очень высокой коллоидной устойчивостью. Проведена характеризация размеров наночастиц с помощью электронной микроскопии, получены распределения частиц по размерам в суспензии методом акустической спектроскопии. В результате было показано, что почти все рассматриваемые силиказоли имеют очень узкое распределение частиц по размеру. Получены зависимости динамической вязкости наносуспензий от концентрации и размера наночастиц. На их основе построены эмпирические корреляции в широком диапазоне концентраций частиц.A study of the colloidal stability of nanosuspensions obtained by diluting concentrated silicasols was carried out. A wide range of mass concentrations of nanoparticles (from 1 to 50 wt.%) and average sizes of primary particles (from 10 to 35 nm) were considered. The analysis of sedimentation experiments showed that the considered samples have a very high colloidal stability. The characterization of the nanoparticle sizes by electron microscopy was carried out. The particle size distributions in the suspension were obtained by acoustic spectroscopy. Almost all of the considered silica sols have been shown to have a very narrow particle size distribution. The dependences of the dynamic viscosity of nanosuspensions on the concentration and size of nanoparticles are obtained. Based on the dependences, empirical correlations in a wide range of particle concentrations were obtained.

Аннотация: Цель исследования – изучить влияние полигидроксилированного фуллерена (фуллеренола [C60(OH)24-26]) на окислительную стабильность рыжикового масла в процессе хранения. Задачи: определить влияние фулеренола на органолептические показатели и показатели порчи (кислотное и перекисное числа) рыжикового масла при хранении. Исследование проводили в лаборатории Института прикладной биотехнологии и ветеринарной медицины и в ФБУ «Государственный региональный центр стандартизации, метрологии и испытаний в Красноярском крае, Республике Хакасии и Республике Тыва». Объектом исследования было натуральное нерафинированное рыжиковое масло, выработанное методом холодного прессования (марка масла П), изготовленное ООО «Елей» по ГОСТ Р 59148-2020 и ТР ТС 024/2011 (г Новосибирск), широко представленное в розничной сети г. Красноярска. В процессе работы проводились исследования органолептических показателей и показателей порчи (кислотного и перекисного чисел) в начале хранения и в конце хранения (12 мес.) масла. Органолептические показатели и показатели окислительной порчи натурального нерафинированного рыжикового масла, выработанного методом холодного отжима, в начале хранения без антиокислителя соответствовали требованиям нормативных документов, действующих на территории РФ. Использование фуллеренола 0,004 % (I опытный образец) и 0,008 % (II опытный образец) от массы масла по сравнению с контрольным в конце хранения (12 мес.) не влияет на органолептические показатели исследуемых образцов масла, снижает показатель перекисного числа соответственно на 1,9 и 2,9 мэкв/г и кислотного числа соответственно на 0,05 и 0,07 KOH/г. Полученные результаты показывают антиокислительную способность фуллеренола в малых дозах.The purpose of research is to study the effect of polyhydroxylated fullerene (fullerenol [C60(OH)24-26]) on the oxidative stability of camelina oil during storage. Objectives: to determine the effect of fullerenol on the organoleptic and spoilage indicators (acid and peroxide values) of camelina oil during storage. The study was carried out in the laboratory of the Institute of Applied Biotechnology and Veterinary Medicine and in the State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Testing in the Krasnoyarsk Region, the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tuva. The object of the study was natural unrefined camelina oil produced by cold pressing (oil grade P), manufactured by Eley LLC in accordance with GOST R 59148-2020 and TR TS 024/2011 (Novosibirsk), widely represented in the retail network of Krasnoyarsk. In the process of work, studies were carried out on organoleptic indicators and indicators of spoilage (acid and peroxide numbers) at the beginning of storage and at the end of storage (12 months) of the oil. Organoleptic indicators and indicators of oxidative deterioration of natural unrefined camelina oil produced by cold pressing, at the beginning of storage without an antioxidant, complied with the requirements of regulatory documents enacted on the territory of the Russian Federation. The use of fullerenol 0.004 % (test sample I) and 0.008 % (test sample II) by weight of oil compared to the control sample at the end of storage (12 months) does not affect the organoleptic characteristics of the studied oil samples, reduces the peroxide value by 1.9, respectively and 2.9 meq/g and acid number by 0.05 and 0.07 KOH/g, respectively. The results obtained show the antioxidant capacity of fullerenol in small doses.

Аннотация: The effect of a change in internal pressure as a result of partial substitution of the central atom on the realization and stability of the initial and distorted crystalline phases in (NH4)3TixSn1-xF7 solid solutions has been studied. It was found that at a Ti concentration in the range of x = 0.15–0.40, the reconstructive transition Pm-3m ↔ Pa-3 is transformed into a sequence of phase transitions Pm-3m ↔ P4/mbm ↔ P4/mnc ↔ Pa-3. In the (NH4)3Ti0.15Sn0.85F7 solid solution, the first-order phase transition between two cubic phases at T0 = 352 K is characterized by a significant volume jump δ(ΔV/V0) ≈ 1 %, comparable with that in (NH4)3SnF7. An increase of the Ti concentration leads to a strong decrease in the stability of the Pm-3m cubic phase: the first tetragonal P4/mbm phase appears in (NH4)3Ti0.4Sn0.6F7 at T0 = 400 K, which proves the existence of the predicted high-temperature cubic phase in (NH4)3TiF7. In solid solutions, a decrease in birefringence and entropy of phase transitions was observed in comparison with the initial compounds with Sn and Ti as central atoms. The role of critical parameters (unit cell volume, temperature, external pressure) in the formation of cubic and distorted phases is discussed.
