. - ISSN 1063-7834РУБ Physics, Condensed Matter Рубрики: BARIUM-TITANATE CERAMICS BATIO3 BEHAVIOR PHASE FERROELECTRICS Аннотация: The strain, the thermal expansion coefficient, and the permittivity of ceramic samples of (Ba1 - x Bi-2x/3)TiO3 solid solutions with x = 0, 0.01, 0.03, and 0.05 have been studied in the temperature range 120-700 K. Based on an analysis of the results, the temperature-composition phase diagram has been refined, and the temperature dependence of the polarization has been calculated.
