Аннотация: Dielectric and magnetic resonance measurements have been carried out on NaNH4SeO4 · 2H2O and NaNH4SO4 · 2H2O. A dielectric anomaly as well as hysteresis loops were found. The dielectric anomaly occurred at 180°K in NaNH2SeO4 · 2H2O below which the P3 and Ec were measured as a function of temperature. PMR measurements were carried out on polycrystalline materials. The ferroelectric properties and the role of the NH, groups are discussed in light of the experimental results

Аннотация: A classification of the octahedral tilt systems in perovskites is given, based on the work of Glazer1 but extending it and using a new notation; this leads to a simple description of the sequences of phase transitions, and shows how they are related to the soft modes M3 and R25. Examples from the literature are discussed.

Аннотация: All elastic stiffnesses of CsH2AsO4 have been measured at phase transition region by means of ultrasonic and Mandelstam-Brillouin methods. The behaviour of elastooptic coefficients p66 and p31 was studied also. An anomaly of pE 66 near Tc was found. The results are discussed on the basis of thermodynamic theory.

Аннотация: The model of phase transitions with two-order parameters is considered. Every order parameter is related to the ordering of radicals in a crystal. The radicals move in symmetric (asymmetric) double-well type potential above Tc . The thermodynamics of the model is discussed in a mean-field approximation.

Аннотация: Both theoretical and experimental study of nonlinear electromechanical properties for ferroelectric NaND4SeO4.2D2O were carried out above Curie temperature Tc . The minimum value of CE lkl , was found at temperature T=Tc +(1.5 ÷ 2) K. It was shown that this temperature corresponds to the boundary of the strong fluctuation range.

Аннотация: The influence of the dc electric field on characteristic frequencies (f//r and f//a) of piezoelectric resonators longitudinally vibrating in a weak driving field is considered. The analysis of the equivalent electric circuit of the resonator is made in the case when certain linear dependences are satisfied. The relation of these functions to the linear and nonlinear electromechanical constants of a crystal is obtained. The possibility of measuring nonlinear dielectric, piezoelectric and electrostrictive coefficients is shown. The determination of some nonlinear constants is carried out for KH//2PO//4, LiJO//3, Bi//1//2GeO//2//0 and other crystals.
