Аннотация: Пленки кубической фазы In2O3 получены автоволновой реакцией окисления. Электронно-микроскопические исследования и фотоэлектронная спектроскопия профилей распределения показали, что образцы однородны по всей площади и толщине, характерный размер зерна 20--40 нм. Проведены исследования оптических и электрических свойств пленок In2O3, полученных при различном давлении в вакуумной камере. В диапазоне длины волн 400--1100 нм пленки имели прозрачность более 85% и удельное сопротивление 1.8· 10-2 Ом·см.

Аннотация: Cubic-phase In2O3 films are produced by the autowave oxidation reaction. Electron microscopy and photoelectron spectroscopy of the atomic profiles show that the samples are homogeneous over the entire area and throughout the thickness, with the typical grain size being 20–40 nm. The optical and electrical properties are studied for In2O3 films fabricated at different pressures in the vacuum chamber. In the wave-length range from 400 to 1100 nm, the transparency of the films was higher than 85%; the resistivity of the films was 1.8 × 10–2Ω cm.

Аннотация: Magnetic properties of multilayers, consisting of nanogranular (Co40Fe40B20)50(SiO2)50 layers as thin as magnetic granule diameter alternating the α-Si:H or SiO2 layers and the single layer film (Co40Fe40B20)50(SiO2)50 with the thickness much larger than the magnetic granule diameter are reported and compared. The thick single layer film is ferromagnetic but the multilayer film with the ultrathin granular layers and SiO2 spacer is superparamagnetic. This is interpreted as the result of increasing percolation threshold in the 2D granular media above 50% concentration of magnetic granules in the multilayer with the nonmagnetic and dielectric SiO2 spacer. The multilayer with the α-Si:H spacer is superparamagnetic at 300 K but it becomes ferromagnetic, when temperature is below 250 K. It is assumed to be resulted from the exchange interaction of magnetic granules through the semiconductor α-Si:H layers. The value of exchange interaction through the semiconductor spacer is estimated.

Аннотация: Проведены in situ исследования процессов твердофазного синтеза в тонких двухслойных пленках Al/Au. Нагрев образцов осуществляли непосредственно в колонне просвечивающего электронного микроскопа, температура изменялась от комнатной до 300С, скорость нагрева достигала 120С · мин-1. Установлено, что процесс твердофазного синтеза начинается при температуре 100°C. При температуре 140 ± 5С в пленке наблюдаются одновременно две фазы: Al2Au (Fm3m) и AlAu2 (I4/mmm). При достижении температуры 235 ± 5°C и вплоть до 300°C в пленке присутствует только фаза Al2Au.

Аннотация: Experimental values of the Lorentz tensor components and the local field of a light wave have been obtained for anisotropic films of polypeptide and DNA. These data indicate an increase in the mean value and anisotropy of the polarizability of biomolecules with respect to an isotropic solution. These changes in the polarizability as an indicator of the response of biomolecules to external actions, as well as their chemical and biological activity, specify the direction of the evolution of the properties of biomolecules in orientationally ordered media.

Аннотация: The geometrical characteristics of a 2D SiC monolayer on Mg(0001) and MgO(111) plates regarded as potential materials for growing two-dimensional silicon carbide were studied. The most favorable positions of the atoms of 2D SiC on the substrates were determined. In the 2D SiC/Mg(0001) system, unlike in 2D SiC/MgO(111), the deviation of the carbon atom from the silicon carbide monolayer was insignificant (0.08 ). Consequently, magnesium can be used as a substrate for growing two-dimensional silicon carbide. The use of MgO(111) is not recommended because of a significant distortion of the 2D SiC surface.

Аннотация: The behavior of the impedance spectra of island permalloy films prepared through vacuum evaporation onto optically polished glass-ceramic substrates has been investigated in the frequency range from 0.0001 to 100 MHz. A resistor-capacitor model of the films has been developed and the model parameters, for which there is a good agreement with experimental data on the frequency dependences of the real and imaginary components of the impedance, have been determined. The specific features in the behavior of the electrical and physical characteristics with variations in the thickness of the sample and the gap between the measuring electrodes have been investigated. It has been found that the relative permittivity of the films under investigation reaches values E similar to 10(7)-10(8). The structural relaxation times have been calculated.

Аннотация: In situ transmission electron microscopy investigations of solid-state synthesis in Al/Au thin bilayer films are conducted. The samples are heated in the column of a transmission electron microscope. The heating temperature is changed from room temperature to 300°C with a heating rate of up to 120°C min−1. It is found that solid-phase synthesis starts at ≈100°C. At 140 ± 5°C, two crystal phases, Al2Au (Fm3m) and AlAu2 (I4/mmm), are simultaneously observed, while at 235 ± 5°C and higher (up to 300°C) only Al2Au phase is detected.

Аннотация: Исследованы магнитные и магнитооптические свойства, а также морфология поверхности и структура поликристаллических пленок La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 различной толщины. Показано, что поверхность пленок шероховатая с характерным линейным размером в плоскости ∼ 30 nm, кристаллиты c линейными размерами 10−20 nm случайно ориентированы в плоскости. Температурные и полевые зависимости намагниченности пленок свидетельствуют об их магнитной неоднородности. В спектрах магнитного кругового дихроизма наблюдается ряд полос, одна из которых при 2.4 eV объясняется вкладом электронов проводимости.
