Аннотация: The pressure effects on the normal state electronic structure, the superexchange interaction, and the critical temperature of d-type superconductivity mediated by magnetic pairing have been studied within the multielectron hybrid scheme LDA+GTB that takes into account electron correlations in CuO2 planes. We have found the changes of the multiband p–d model parameters at 3% compression of different symmetry: (i) hydrostatic, (ii) along the c-axis, and (iii) in a–b plane. We have studied the changes of the Fermi surface under external pressure for different hole doping concentration x. In general, this effect is too small except two critical concentrations xc1≈0.15 and xc2=0.24 where the Lifshitz transitions occur with the change of the Fermi surface topology. In the vicinity of the critical concentration, we have found the giant change of the Fermi surface area up to 100% related to the pressure-induced Lifshitz transition. The effects of pressure on the antiferromagnetic coupling J and the mean-field value of Tc are obtained in a good agreement to experimental data.

Аннотация: For two-layer quasi-two-dimensional antiferromagnets of type YBaCuO in the Tyablikov approximation, we investigate the dependences of the energy spectrum and the temperature of transition into an ordered state on both the quasi-two-dimensionality parameter and the intensity of the exchange coupling of spin moments located in two close planes. We assume that the exchange parameters inside the CuO (2) planes are much greater than the exchange parameters resulting in coupling between a spin located on a plane of an elementary cell and a spin on another plane of a different elementary cell. The obtained expressions for the N,el temperature and for the sublattice magnetic moment at zero temperature describe the dependences of these quantities on the parameters of interplane exchange interactions.

Аннотация: The spins of Ru5+ ions in Sr2YRuO6 form a face-centered cubic lattice with antiferromagnetic nearest neighbor interaction J approximate to 25 meV. The antiferromagnetic structure of the first type experimentally observed below the Neel temperature T-N = 26 K corresponds to four frustrated spins of 12 nearest neighbors. In the Heisenberg model in the spin-wave approximation, the frustrations already cause instability of the antiferromagnetic state at T = 0 K. This state is stabilized by weak anisotropy D or exchange interaction I with the next-nearest neighbors. Low D/J similar to I/J similar to 10(-3) values correspond to the experimental T-N and sublattice magnetic moment values. (C) 2003 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
