Аннотация: In the large variety of models such as 3D and 2D Fermi-gas model with hard-core repulsion, 3D and 2D Hubbard model, and the Shubin-Vonsovsky model, we demonstrate the possibility of triplet p-wave pairing at low electron density. We show that the critical temperature of the p-wave pairing can be strongly increased in a spin-polarized case or in a two-band situation already at low density and reach experimentally feasible values of (1-5) K. We also discuss briefly d-wave pairing and high-T-C superconductivity with T-C similar to 100 K, which arises in the 2D t-J model in the range of parameters realistic for cuprates.

Аннотация: Idealized graphene monolayer is considered neglecting the van der Waals potential of the substrate and the role of the nonmagnetic impurities. The effect of the long-range Coulomb repulsion in an ensemble of Dirac fermions on the formation of the superconducting pairing in a monolayer is studied in the framework of the Kohn-Luttinger mechanism. The electronic structure of graphene is described in the strong coupling Wannier representation on the hexagonal lattice. We use the Shubin-Vonsowsky model which takes into account the intra- and intersite Coulomb repulsions of electrons. The Cooper instability is established by solving the Bethe-Salpeter integral equation, in which the role of the effective interaction is played by the renormalized scattering amplitude. The renormalized amplitude contains the Kohn-Luttinger polarization contributions up to and including the second-order terms in the Coulomb repulsion. We construct the superconductive phase diagram for the idealized graphene monolayer and show that the Kohn-Luttinger renormalizations and the intersite Coulomb repulsion significantly affect the interplay between the superconducting phases with f-, d+id-, and p+ip-wave symmetries of the order parameter. Аннотация: The effect of Coulomb interaction in an ensemble of Dirac fermions on the formation of superconducting pairing in monolayer and bilayer doped graphene is studied using the Kohn-Luttinger mechanism disregarding the Van der Waals potential of the substrate and impurities. The electronic structure of graphene is described using the Shubin-Vonsovsky model taking into account the intratomic, interatomic, and interlayer (in the case of bilayer graphene) Coulomb interactions between electrons. The Cooper instability is determined by solving the Bethe-Saltpeter integral equation. The renormalized scattering amplitude is obtained with allowance for the Kohn-Luttinger polarization contributions up to the second order of perturbation theory in the Coulomb interaction. It plays the role of effective interaction in the Bethe-Salpeter integral equation. It is shown that the allowance for the Kohn-Luttinger renormalizations as well as intersite Coulomb interaction noticeably affects the competition between the superconducting phases with the f-wave and d + id-wave symmetries of the order parameter. It is demonstrated that the superconducting transition temperature for an idealized graphene bilayer with significant interlayer Coulomb interaction between electrons is noticeably higher than in the monolayer case.

Аннотация: The effect of Coulomb interaction between Dirac fermions on the formation of the Kohn-Luttinger superconducting state in bilayer doped graphene is studied disregarding of the effect of the van der Waals potential of the substrate and impurities. The phase diagram determining the boundaries of superconductive domains with different types of symmetry of the order parameter is built using the extended Hubbard model in the Born weak-coupling approximation with allowance for the intratomic, interatomic, and interlayer Coulomb interactions between electrons. It is shown that the Kohn-Luttinger polarization contributions up to the second order of perturbation theory in the Coulomb interaction inclusively and an account for the long-range intraplane Coulomb interactions significantly affect the competition between the superconducting phases with the f-, p + ip-, and d + id-wave symmetries of the order parameter. It is demonstrated that the account for the interlayer Coulomb interaction enhances the critical temperature of the transition to the superconducting phase.

Аннотация: We demonstrate the instability of the normal state of purely repulsive fermionic systems towards the transition to the Kohn-Luttinger superconducting state. We construct the superconducting phase diagrams of these systems in the framework of the Hubbard and Shubin-Vonsovsky models on the square and hexagonal lattices. We show that an account for the long-range Coulomb interactions, as well as the Kohn- Luttinger renormalizations, lead to an increase in the critical superconducting temperatures in various materials, such as high-temperature superconductors, idealized monolayer, and bilayer of doped graphene. Additionally, we discuss the role of the structural disorder and the nonmagnetic impurities in superconducting properties of real graphene systems.

Аннотация: We investigate the electronic structure of the two-dimensional t–J model in a transverse external static magnetic field with canted long-range magnetic order using cluster perturbation theory. The distribution of the spectral weight in the whole range of fields from zero to ferromagnetic saturation is explored. We demonstrate the possibility of a sharp change in a distribution of spectral weight at the Fermi level associated with the magnetic correlations when varying magnetic field.

Аннотация: It has been shown that, because of the two-orbital character of the subsystem of holes located at oxygen sites and the spatial separation of this subsystem from that of spins at copper ions, the superconducting phase in high-Tc superconductors is stable with respect to the strong Coulomb repulsion of holes located at nearestneighbor oxygen sites if the order parameter has the dx2−y2 symmetry. This effect is due to the symmetry characteristics of the Coulomb potential, owing to which the equation determining the Cooper pairing in the dx2−y2 channel does not include this potential.

Аннотация: The spatial structure of the correlation function of the order parameter of the symmetry has been investigated within the t-J model in the generalized mean field approximation taking into account the "no-double occupancy" constraint due to strong electron correlations. A slow decay of the correlation function to the thirtieth coordination sphere has been found. The limitation by pairing of only the nearest neighbors makes it possible to take into account less than 17% of the superconducting correlations.

Аннотация: In the present work we report band structure calculations for the high-temperature superconductor Nd2-xCexCuO4 in the regime of strong electronic correlations within an LDA + GTB method, which combines the local density approximation (LDA) and the generalized tight-binding method (GTB). The two mechanisms of band structure doping dependence were taken into account. Namely, the one-electron mechanism provided by the doping dependence of the crystal structure, and the many-body mechanism provided by the strong renormalization of the fermionic quasiparticles due to the large on-site Coulomb repulsion. We have shown that, in the antiferromagnetic and in the strongly correlated paramagnetic phases of the underdoped cuprates, the main contribution to the doping evolution of the band structure and Fermi surface comes from the many-body mechanism.

Аннотация: In this paper a mean-field theory for the spin-liquid paramagnetic non-superconducting phase of the p- and n-type high-T-c cuprates is developed. This theory applied to the effective t-t'-t ''-J* model with the ab initio calculated parameters and with the three-site correlated hoppings. The static spin-spin and kinematic correlation functions beyond Hubbard-I approximation are calculated self-consistently. The evolution of the Fermi surface and band dispersion is obtained for the wide range of doping concentrations x. For p-type systems the three different types of behavior are found and the transitions between these types are accompanied by the changes in the Fermi surface topology. Thus a quantum phase transitions take place at x = 0.15 and at x = 0.23.Due to the different Fermi surface topology we found for n-type cuprates only one quantum critical concentration, x = 0.2. The calculated doping dependence of the nodal Fermi velocity and the effective mass are in good agreement with the experimental data.
